Do you used paid adds? What platform allowed this
Just on Facebook. I have tried UA-cam and Pinterest but no success on those
@@CarlBroadbent you tried AGoda affiliate
Love watching these! just entered the travel niche myself :)
Awesome. Let me know if you have any questions. Good luck with your site
Thank you for This information, is travelpayouts still working and worth?
I use booking dot com and Expedia and get your guide only. Directly now
Yay! Thanks for the updates. I love seeing your journey as it inspires me to keep working on my own.
Hi Carl, is Pinterest a good strategy now or rather focus on SEO? Am using the popcorn theme and am loving. Am trying to get rid of the affiliate disclosure on each of my post and is being difficult. Can you help?
Edit template to get rid of disclaimer. Check out Jen Stanbrook dot com for Pinterest tips. SEO can help a lot but Pinterest is a separate organic source. So why not do both?
Emmanuel, Pinterest can work great, depending on your niche. You have to take in consideration that 75% of the users on Pinterest are female. So if you have a niche that is more male-oriented, than Pinterest isn't the best platform to use.

Well done Carl, what plugin are you using for click analytics?
On websites I use google site kit, on article tracking serprobot
This is very good growth, Carl. Keep in mind that you've posted a ton of content in the last 6 months, so the real money still needs to come in from that.
Oh yes. The real money will be next year
Do you outsource video production? Are they faceless videos? Destination pertinent? How do you get destination-specific videos? Generic ?
Yes I outsource them. We use real voice overs and short image clips plus b roll video clips. To make a 5-6 minute video.
Carl I am thinking of adding paid backlinks this year. Who do you use or recommend 🤗🇨🇦
I haven’t used anyone recently. Let me test these guys for haro and I’ll let you know.
Another amazing income report sir thanks.
Glad you liked it
I can tell you without a doubt if you don't change things you are going to lose a lot of money on this site - at least from this video. To have that much content and only be making that amount of money is truly stunning. Either your content is not attracting the right kind of visitor or your content is bad and the visitor is not interested in clicking your affiliate links.
Also, it sure seems to me that your SEO on the individual articles is not good enough. If those articles ranked well, and the article got the visitor to click - you would be making far more right now. I am not saying this site can't be turned around, but there is definitely serious issues with a site that has this much content, even if it is fairly new, and the amount of money being made.
who does your hosting for $10? Where do you find the Popcorn stats?
Spidrweb.net. Use carl10 to get 10% off hosting each month. V2 has the stats on the dashboard
Thanks for allowing us to follow along. It's really interesting. As for GetYourGuide: I had most success when linking to products from posts that talk about the exact activity.
Ezoic EPMV can vary wildly. Even for travel it can be much more than $18, but it depends on countless factors. Origin of traffic, discussed destination, time on site, etc.
Looking forward to the May report.
That’s interesting. So it it was museums in Miami adding those to that page? That’s solid advice. Thanks
@@CarlBroadbent Yeah, if you discuss particular museums in a post, then link to those museum tickets. That's as relevant as you can get. I think they also have a widget that automatically does stuff like that based on the content of the post, but I haven't had luck with it.
