I Made a Pizza with Regular Everyday Flour !

  • Okay so we all know that you should make a pizza with either bread flour or pizza flour but did you Ever wonder if a pizza can taste good with All Purpose Flour? Well we are gonna find out :)
    Ingredients used in this Recipe :
    Pizza Dough :
    1 cup warm water
    1 pack of active dry yeast
    1 tsp white sugar
    1 tsp salt
    2 tbsp oil
    2 1/2 cup flour
    Toppings :
    Pizza Sauce
    Shredded Mozza Cheese
    and any other topping you wanna use :)
    Serves 4
    ~ 400 calories per serving ~
    Fat : 3g
    Sodium : 146mg
    Carbs : 19g
    Protein : 3g

    Figured id just add a little extra info here that i dont share in the video but overall i thought the pizza tasted pretty good. Was it awesome? no ... but was it good for using just regular flour .. yah. However i do wanna mention for those thinking of trying it , it comes down to your preference in crust. The regular flour makes the crust soft but because of that the next day the crust was still great vs other pizzas ive had where the crust is hardening by then. If your like me and like a crispier crust , stick with bread flour. I thought the test was great but overall i prefer a crispy crust over a soft one but i like now knowing that if i really want a pizza and dont have bread or pizza flour in the house then i can atleast use the main flour i keep stocked :)
