sentries in game can detect an uncloaked spy that pops up behind them when they uncloak. but not while invisible so that means that the sentry does not have heat vision / radar, (as they would see the spy regardless of cloak) but it sill works in environments with no light. so that implies night vision. so for an A pose heavy to be in the closet and come out with out Mimi detecting him, he would have had to be hiding in the coat rack real good. or can straight up be invisible to an type of visual sensor at will. so when the 360 camera in Mimi saw him just appear, i think thats an under reaction.
