I wouldn't give you $250000 for a townhouse set up like that! I grew up in a set of townhouses that look like the ones on the SE corner of Wooten Way & Hwy 7 (pretty sure same architect/same year). At least it's set up in a complex with opportunity to create community. When the houses are in a row like that with a back alley that no one really accesses unless they are leaving or returning - it is making a long, dark, hidden opportunity for shady behaviour/crime to happen. I wouldn't feel safe coming home from evening shift to those garages or it would discourage me from wanting to walk at night. Even more appalling than the price is that the condo fees on top of the mortgage payment are probably almost the price of a separate apartment to rent! Heather xo
