Hey Kinza Babe, The house is coming along beautifully; the guys are doing a great job, the squeak coming from the car means the (BRAKES) are very low.
Just changed them when I fix my AC about a week ago. They sold me cheap pads.
Kinza Babe your project is moving at a really good pace. Hats off to your workers, they are really diligent and very hard working. They should form together for future projects because they all seem very respectful of how each of their jobs affect each other’s work. I hope you can share a list of your resources used in your building projects. Last, but not least, I don’t want to forget about Super Shotty, for being such a valuable resourceful contractor. You know I am smiling ear to ear with the longer video. Ain't nothing like our lemon grass tea. I didn't know it had lower strength lemon grass. I may have to walk with my own slips,..lol. I think you should start collecting your Aloe Vera plants....you can not leave that out, may ailments in the stomach, skin or hair that will help with. Concerning the turkey berry, it seems very much like it indeed, it looks greener, but it does look like turkey berry....does it have the spikes on it? Girl, I am enjoying your journey and I see we are going to hit 2K subs soon.

@@kinzababe1 I was expecting them to have finished the whole ground floor plastering for you. You needs to also start putting in place your septic tank or bio digester also. I know its little by little but also good to finish off the ground works to focus on the main building and interiors.

@kinzababe1 it's good you got someone to look after the garden as you guys don't have the time to get around it. Now that the ground is properly weeded you can now plant your maize all over there. With the maize you can plant it all over you garden space and have your peppers and tomatoes within the maize. And your cassava can go into amongst the maize.
Kinza tell super shaddy I said he's not a good farmer for allowing the whole garden to overgrow and I see him now inspecting your garden so tell him I said this is how a garden ground should look like.

@@kinzababe1 you know not everyone likes farming or gardening because it takes a lot of effort and passion to do it and most people shy away after because its hard work. Some had to do it because they were pushed to but not really willing to. But when it comes to enjoying the harvest you see the very same ones who shy away like super shaddy showing up to enjoy.

You are demonstrating what patience look like. Many will not be able to deal. Have you seen melons there? Not watermelon but cantaloupes. I was surprised to see how quickly they sprouted right out of the melon. Try it if you fine one. Should be a great experiment.

Good Morning Kinza babe nice progress but those brakes sound like a truck. You might have to change your brakes pads and make sure to check the Rotors to see if they don't need shaving safety first Big up yourself.
Believe it or not these are brand new break pads. They sell me some cheap break pads. I have to go get some original pads. If you not careful they fake parts. Lesson learned 🤔Ghana 🇬🇭🫶🏾❤️

@kinzababe1 hi Kinza, with the plastering going on what the plan with those excessive gaps above your design pillars? Because it looks like the beams above are not occupying the gaps and makes the design beam look separate. I think they need to plaster the above the design beam to blend it in with the upper structure. Else you will be getting birds nesting and messing your pillars with thier poo.
When they get that they fill it properly 🙏🇬🇭🫶🏾
@@kinzababe1 yes they need to fill the top properly because the pillar looks nice but it makes it appear like its not suited for the structure as it looks lower and extended wider than the rest of the pillar above.

@kinzababe1 and those door ventilation above and the small windows on the side what is the plan? Because rain could get in through there? How are you designing it? Or you have something designed to prevent that.?
I am putting fix windows above the door with burglar proof. Just the door in the security room has the window all the others will be closed before plastering.
@@kinzababe1 please don't close them off, you could have a louvered style windows made of metal or wood to go in there and have removable bug screens which they call mosquito or insect traps in there for ventilation when the shops are closed and also for the ground floor room.
And they can paint it to match the doors and make sure they install burglar proof on it.
Or you can also use louvered style design blocks to close off those windows for ventilation with a bug screen behind it. Thats also a goid solution to use the louvered style design blocks to keep out rain.
