Ever considered putting some veilers or a dd lamia in there? if you do you can run ddd cursed king Siegfried with the ddd mini engine in case you either draw two contracts and the vice king requiem (an otherwise bricky hand), or a contract and veiler/lamia, it's targeting spell/trap negation that can dodge drnm or droplet (assuming you can chain a spell or trap) and you still get your pop and a more useful body than machinex since you need a contract or more materials for it to be anything other that zeus fodder (you can still xyz machinex and even go into seven sins to achieve a 3 mat zeus) , it may be more of a side deck option since you kinda need an specific hand for it to work, but if it does, I think it really pays off.

damn cant wait for this deck to hit MD, its gonna be dirt cheap too. prolly cannot play a build like paks sadly which for me seems optimal, cuz of the mandatory 8 cards you have to play for the mini game, add to that -3 because it then becomes necessary to stick closer to 40 :/
Talents as a one off is a good investment. Thrust and Prosp can be changed with Foolish Burial, 6/7 of the unchained S/T, Mystical Space Typhoon. Those will keep up the consistency while they can help against the opponent, but they aren't that optimal. IMO, with Gates the deck is consistent enough not needing Prosp. But it struggles to push through.

How much does the deck cost? I’m not going to play Thrust. I already have Pot of P, Tactics, Duster, Both Books, Yamas, Knightmares, Accescode, Goddess, and Zeus.
If your opponent activates shifter T1 with the Fenrir and Unicorn set-up, your Requiem popping Contract banishes it so you can't use Machinex to pop. So do you just go straight to battle, attack over the Fenrir, and pop off in mp2?
Isnt Trap Tracks good with some random Torrential Tribute? First u kill ur own Monster to set it, get a new Monster and use Torrential to break the Board and get a new Monster again.
@@Lockon_Stratos It's better that way from Daruma etc because you can pop a twin, float into a new twin to trigger TT on demand, then it will just float into a new Twin while Yama can revive anything that helps. The problem is most monsters float as well and you want to stop the opponent, while Daruma deals with indestructible monsters (that unchained have a tough time, especially if they can't be targeted), unaffected monsters, and mainly Kash that would otherwise just summon back with Birth.
Another way to play through Nib with Tour Guide and any trap (using Abominable in this example) 1. Normal Tour Guide, SS Fiendish Rhino Warrior. (2 summons) 2. Nib is C1, you use Rakea field eff as C2 to target and pop you own Unchained Soul of Rage. 14. Yama GY is C1 to banish itself and SS back your Rakea. Unchained Soul of Rage GY eff is C2 to grab back Sharvana from GY. 15. You use Sharvana hand eff to pop you Rakea. 16. Rakea eff to SS Disaster from deck. 17. Disaster eff to target your opponents Nib to link both into another Unchained Soul of Rage.
Fantastic deck profile. Really good reasoning for every choice you made. I am really wondering how you play through nibiru, with just a tour guide. Help please haha
Ngl am surprised that unchained performed that well, i think it's a telegraphed strategy that gets destroyed by ash. But if ppl don't prepare for it, i guess she can do some stuff
That's like saying Ash beats Swo cuz they can pass if you do it to Emergence tho. If you Ash the first pop SS, they can still Tourguide. Ash Guide and they do it other way. (They play through it w/ Guide if they open 2 popper too). Ash the link 2 they might open any of the 6 copy of poppers or Rakea. Idk, I think Ash is not the worst thing to face in Tourguide version.
@@arobnugzo6818 IMO you Ash their very first float effect or AFTER Yama, and not just Yama/Tour. It always trades for 1 body and if you hold it for after Yama, it makes Sarama way less likely to happen so Ash is always good.
Exactly. They said specifically about Anguish because this means you are the turn player. So you get to activate your trigger effects first. Since Accesscode goes CL1, Druis has to go CL2. But Accesscode's effect prevents responses so Druis cannot activate. This also happens in decks like Branded (with Lost) or Invoked (with Meltdown). For example in the Mirror when you Fusion Summon Mirrorjade and the opponent has no response, you can use Cartesia as CL1 and your Mirrorjade as CL2 to banish the opponent's Mirrorjade. They wont be able to respond, but in the next possible chain, since Cartesia was CL1 (so Lost won't miss timing) you can activate your new Fusion monster's effect (for example Dusk Dragon) and the opponent's mirrorjade won't have a chance to activate their destruction effect.
People have been talking about Trap Tracks a lot in the UC community since it's release earlier this year, mainly to search out EEV and then get Abominable Unchained Soul out as a target for it from the monster pop.
There are some prints, like for example Ultra Rares from Duel Devastator that bend in a different way compared to the other cards. Commons typically bend a lot less than supers/ultras/secrets while Ultis (at least EU ones) don't bend at all. I have no experience with Starlights in such volumes inside a main deck to inform you of that. I learned about it from a ycs champion who beat me by attacking for 8 turns with a Salad Falco because he picked up I had set Solemn Strikes (from DuDe). From that point, COMMON GANG IN TOURNAMENTS!!! (a famous case is also the Ultra/Secret Driver always being in hand despite the 1-3 ratio compared to Gamma)
Anti-nib? The only things i see you beat nib is crossout or early summon sharvara and shyama and make ceasar and hope you have follow ups to do so you dont with end with awkward board
Play through Nib with Tour Guide and any trap (using Abominable in this example) 1. Normal Tour Guide, SS Fiendish Rhino Warrior. (2 summons) 2. Cool deck profile and all, but it sucks that you said all these things like "Tour guide beats Nibiru" and then show none of these "unknown" combos nobody else knows about. That is why people clicked on the video, to know how to play the deck, not to hear you say "I really know how to play this deck"...
Man I am really irritated. I have been trying to figure out the combo by myself the past 30 minutes and I am reading the entire comment section, dozens of people asking for the combo and nobody knowing the answer. Very mad with Pak, flexing like crazy and then leaving his audience without any explanation, pretty much saying "I am better than you and that is how things will remain"... If you do figure out the combo please let me know.
Tour Guide baits nib while you get Yama in the GY. Then you use your extender to float into Disaster and make Rage that way, while Yama can revive Sharvara from GY and on resolution pop the initial extender that will float into Shyama (got shuffled back in the deck).
@@littledyu-gi-oh3580he probably doesn’t want to leak the combo if it does exist because half of the pro scene is all playing this deck and he has like 4 more ycs’s to go to and might want to play this deck but if it were any other circumstance then he would show the combo

Some players really never want to go above 40 cards for no reason sometimes and it really be holding them back.
it depends, sometimes you play enough starters and maybe some garnets so it's actually better to have over 40.
With as many starters as this list has, it's hard to argue that going from 40-41 cards will have a noticable consistency impact

@@kennentration9507 Pak mentionned a line with disaster that plays around Nib with Tour Guide alone tho, I am also curious to know what it is
Huge congratulations on winning the YCS, Pak. Super well deserved!!
King requiem is lv 8+1 dd lamía=9, Siegfried is sincro 8

Shyama targets chamber of the unchained to destroy. Chain chamber to special summon. Chamber gets destroy and effect resolves. Next chain. Does chamber effect because it got destroyed face down resolve even duh I activated it?
Daruma Cannon needs to set at least one in order for them to send so Unicorn lance beats Daruma unless another monster gets set

Really solid deck, congrats to you and your team on the win.
damn cant wait for this deck to hit MD, its gonna be dirt cheap too. prolly cannot play a build like paks sadly which for me seems optimal, cuz of the mandatory 8 cards you have to play for the mini game, add to that -3 because it then becomes necessary to stick closer to 40 :/
This guy is a Genius!! He is the best Yugituber at the moment
si handtraps doesnt kill them, but bricks yes. noted
congratulations bro you are a great duelist, what a good duel vs jessie
im trying to budgetize the deck, what are some good alternatives for expensive cards, IE prosp, thrust
There was a build that got 7th place in Kissimmee regionals a couple days ago. I think it's ln Mkhol40 channel. It doesnt play Prosp or Talents.
Just play hanstraps....x3 Ash, x3 Imperm and thats it

So how do you beat Nibiru with Tour guide alone? Just blue dog and a trap set with 3 summons? I can't figure out anything else...

Do u have deck list posed any where I can really read the names on card
Pak, i been waiting for this list! Saw you at the ATL regionals recently and you signed my Yama! Congratulations on the win, bro! 🙌
impressive! such wisdom in your explanations of why you decided to use those cards 👍
Congrats 🍾
If your opponent activates shifter T1 with the Fenrir and Unicorn set-up, your Requiem popping Contract banishes it so you can't use Machinex to pop. So do you just go straight to battle, attack over the Fenrir, and pop off in mp2?
That's what pak was saying: you just attack over fenrir
@@nerazim1110 thought so, nice one
Which one is the "anti nibiru" combo?
Isnt Trap Tracks good with some random Torrential Tribute? First u kill ur own Monster to set it, get a new Monster and use Torrential to break the Board and get a new Monster again.
Torrential is a little slower tho unless you decide to run Trap Tracks.
Congrats Pak, will you coach us Purrely when it comes to Master Duel?
will you teach the anti nibiru combo?

Combo to play through Nibiru with Tour Guide and any Trap (in this example we'll use Escape)
1. Normal Tour Guide, SS Rhino (2 Summons)
2. Link into Yama, Cl Yama Search Aruha, C2 Dump Sharvara (3 Summons)
3. C1 Sharvara set other trap you don't have. (in this example we'll use Abominable Chamber)
4. Aruha pop the Abominable set by Sharvana. (4 Summons)
5. Abominable SS Shyama. (5 Summons)
6. Shyama field eff to pop Aruha.
7. Aruha eff to SS Sarama. (6 Summons).
8. Set Escape you opened with and use Sarama eff to pop it and re-set Abominable set by Sharvara.
9. Escape will SS Rakea.
10. Link Shyama and Yama into Unchained Soul of Rage. (7 Summons)
11. Shyama GY eff to target and pop Sarama.
12. Sarama eff to SS another Shvara. (8 Summons, Here you threaten Wave King Caesar, opponent has to Nib)

Aye that's my talents lol congrats

See i cant afford thrust I have the rest of the deck though
Idk, I think Ash is not the worst thing to face in Tourguide version.
from what i've seen, ash does not usually stop unchained from popping off on it's own unless they open like garbage
@@arobnugzo6818 IMO you Ash their very first float effect or AFTER Yama, and not just Yama/Tour. It always trades for 1 body and if you hold it for after Yama, it makes Sarama way less likely to happen so Ash is always good.
@@babrad oh Ash IS good. It is just not turn ending in my experience, at least not as frequently as it is against Branded.
That boy pak peezy
So why cant they chain druiswurm to the summon of accesscode? Is it missed timing because the accesscode would be chain 1 for turn player?
They can Not react to the effect of talker
Aruha an shvara are starters an Sarama is an extender
You are saucy mr. pak
Congrats!

Trap tracks very smart…. Where do you find these options lol? Or do ocg players play those cards?
People have been talking about Trap Tracks a lot in the UC community since it's release earlier this year, mainly to search out EEV and then get Abominable Unchained Soul out as a target for it from the monster pop.
I always saw traptrack as an unchained card in side, but was thinking how to fit it in my side. Now I have a good picture how to
Pak is loaded
Does this deck go first or second?
It can do both pretty well
Both
First
In modern Yu-Gi-Oh you always want to go first if possible, but good decks can always do something going second.
Yes
Do you really draw higher rarity more often or is that bs? I need to know
There are some prints, like for example Ultra Rares from Duel Devastator that bend in a different way compared to the other cards.
What are some budget options for prosperity and thrust?
nothing lol
@@BinzobHandtraps are always good. x3 Ash and x3 Imperm. It sucks we can't have good meta staples straight up printed in lower rarities for cheap....
@@PsychoKern I know, but as a like for like replacement for Prosp or Thrust? nah

Congratulations Pak, you are really a skillful player 👏🏻
Any advice against flooderezze and anti meta decks, this are my worst matches 😢
Cool deck profile and all, but it sucks that you said all these things like "Tour guide beats Nibiru" and then show none of these "unknown" combos nobody else knows about. That is why people clicked on the video, to know how to play the deck, not to hear you say "I really know how to play this deck"...
The anti nib combo isn't 1 card. It's either not summoning 5 times or having 3 or 4 cards in your hand. Don't let this unproven statement fool you
Man I am really irritated.
