Lovely people in Ghana. Kwame is a blessing. He was very truthful about how some tour guides show the poorer areas. But, we have to ask ourselves, "Why are we so eager to believe the worst about Africa when we clearly see the wealth that Africa has to offer?". Thank you #JayCameron.
Hey Jay I’m a Ghanaian residing in Kentucky and I just wanted to say you’re doing a great job and keep on changing the narrative, one Africa, one love, one people. Love you brother

I'm so impressed and hungry to feed my soul regarding my family in Africa. I visited Nairobi Kenya in 2015. My experience watered my curiosity. My grandmother (Blessed her Soul -Eno Abena Bor of Abrepo near Berekese in Ghana), just like millions of other Afrikans that lived/live like her, is considered poor. She rarely holds money, and she rarely needs it. She was producing most of what she needs. But using the standard World Bank/IMF description of ‘poor’, my grandmother was poor and today 2022 - the self-sufficient Afrikan without THE SOCIAL HOUSING and BENEFITS in the Western world are still considered poor! So, who is poor!!
@@jeffreykofikarikari762 who ever have ears should listen and understand, the sense in the the comment, poverty is relative and the west definition of poor should not be our standard, because most of our so called poor mothers, and parents raised us right and helped us to be good addition to society, some of the so called poor people send their children through school to the highest level, feed and cloth them and never dependent on any government, they were self sufficient
This is a very deep comment for only the deepest of minds who understands what African economy really is. Most people in rural areas will be considered poor because they don't have cash at hand or in the bank. These people own vast land and live off it. Our forefathers never considered themselves poor. The whiteman brought poverty to Africa through robbery and deception.
@@davidaboagye8239 well done for your explanation. The poor is the one who is dead. So far as we still have life, that's everything. Money is good but it can not buy happiness, love, life and so on.
