This is a traditional Neapolitan dessert for the day of the dead (2nd November) - "Torrone dei morti"
An amazing soft chocolate bomb :D
Recipe (quantities depend on your mold):
1 - melt dark chocolate (if you feel fancy, you can temper it for easy demolding and shinier look) and coat the mold. Once done cool it down in the refrigerator.
2 - the internal part is made of (weight) 1/3 of milk or white chocolate, 1/3 nutella, and 1/3 of nuts of your choice. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler (no need of temper it), add the nutella, add the nuts. Mix properly, let it cool for 5 minutes and then pour it in the coated mold. Once done, cool it down in the refrigerator.
3 - melt the dark chocolate again and cover the bottom part of your dessert with it.
Refrigerate for few hours, demold it, cut it, and enjoy.
It's super addictive.... that's why we do it once per year....
