      surgeyX if I'm not mistaken it's one of his Custom shop Jackson Randy Rhoads with the SLAT headstock.

      Thanks! I saw the Jackson logo at the end but the headstock is what caught me off guard...Wow it's sick. He should have a sig!

    Hi there. I'm buying an ipad soon, your apps being one of the main reasons. I just need a little advice regarding the interface. Originally I was going to get Apogee Jam 96K. But then I saw that Duet 2 also supports iPad. Considering the steep price difference, do you think going for the Duet 2 will make a huge difference as far as your amp modelers are concerned?
    Thanks in advance

      Timothy Maskell best guess is he's trying out the Duality set from Seymour Duncan

      Timothy Maskell they're Seymour Duncan's latest stab at a hybrid between active and passive

    Okay Positive Grid, you have been a target specific ad on my autoplay for weeks now. I play guitar, I finally gave you a chance. How much for just a head, the software on ios I probably also need to use in a live setting, and also a foot switch to take advantage of switching effects in a live setting? This obviously works good in a studio basis. After watching this video, from a band I love by the way, and also watching the video from the dude playing "Cult of Personality" being able to see the foot switch, it seems to me that you don't have the multi effects pedal that would be essential in using this sort of head for a live performance setting. The pedal that the guitarist holds in the cult of personality video doesn't look big enough to take full advantage of. No expression pedal, no convenient separation of big switches like say the Boss GT-6 had. The switch on your pedal looks to be too close together that it would be annoying and troublesome to hit the correct switch. These are questions, so any info you can give me would be appreciated. But I warn you, do not come back and tell me to click a link to some website, just to see the price, tell me here what im looking at ballpark, or no sale. Thanks

      Seems that way. I researched a bit more, Don't think i'll be going this route.

      I will tell you this, the Bias FX app is worth it's weight in gold for light recording/practicing. I would buy it 100x over again. Maybe give that a shot first

      Well, ive been using garage band and amplitube. But they (imo) dont work well in a live setting. Thats what I thought this could be good for, but with my experience with the above mentioned ios software, im concerned this head doesnt do well with a live setting.

    • @used019
      @used019 7 років тому

      The head works well live in theory, i haven't personally used one, but it should perform as well as a kemper, which are notably pretty good in live settings.

    Hmmm..I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that Oli's axe has Seymour Duncan Duality pickups in it
