Always loved him and his wholesome family movies. The mistake he made was to enter politics. When he joined politics he was at top, he wasn't cut for that job. That job took 5 years of his acting life and when he came back, industry had changed a lot. There were new faces, new kind of movies, subjects, stories etc. Sir please start doing character roles, the kind of content that is being produced today needs phenomenal actors like you.

My mother had diabetes, she used to get lots of depression, laugh little cry more. But when ever she watched Govinda movies she laughed her heart out. Thanks sir for your services in Bollywood. Keep peoples life full of smiles. I lost my mother in 2018.

Ufff it hurts to see such talent go to waste, as you said he needs to make a come back in a Netflix series like sacred games( it literally revived saif’s career). Govinda’s ego is so big , it’s hindering his work, he’s still living in the 90’s.

(trying to earn public sympathy)... at 18:39 - 22:32 Manish Paul catches Govinda red handed and then Govinda spills the bean that his Dad Arun Kumar Ahuja was a lead actor in 46 films and then he made a film as well (which did not work at the box office) and his mother became famous as a classical singing teacher and used to do stage shows.
If people like Govinda say this then what should King SRK say😐.

Govinda's comedy movies are my favourite and the special thing is no matter how many times you watch them, they always seem entertaining, interesting.
The actor that had the most wide range of acting. He could dance, sing, make you tickle, make you laugh, make you cry .. basically a complete actor. He is the complete package. He could make the audience cry and laugh on same dialogues. He indeed has a fantastic grip on language especially on Hindi. Probably only actor who always do Pranam for Maa Saraswati.
Overall he was the mass entertainer that entire India witnessed and we were lucky to see him at his peak.

Govinda is such an illiterate and brainless person. That's why his career duped suddenly after reaching top. He couldn't handle the pressure of success. His mindset is very low and uneducated. He didn't do the role of chunni babu in Devdas just because it was a supporting role. That shows his arrogance and ignorance. The kind of movies he did and the personality he possessed in the 90's wouldn't attract the new generation audience. After 2000, actors in Bollywood started to adopt fashion trends of the west. And Govinda remained the same old roadside Romeo.
Govinda is real hero no 1. Krushna should go personally and say sorry to Govindaji. And one thing outsiders always create misunderstanding in the family. Have always been a Govinda fan. He was one of a kind...totally unique....and there has not been one actor similar to him , though Varun Dhawan does adopt some of Govindas style. Govinda is simple hearted and he understands that his talent is a god gift and blessing of his parents. This interview was so interesting! I totally miss Govinda now. I always wish to see his movies and scenes. I really hope he starts actively working and entertaining the world again!
