After a night shift at hospital and reassuring wives on whose husbands we had just operated on, all us surgical residents were sitting down and chilling.
"Who is the coolest couple you guys know?" We were taking turns telling who we liked and I just said "Jasmine and Dawoud!! If you guys don't know them you are just missing out on the coolest couple" 😂 Few of them saw your videos and you guys a the new "hit couple" in my surgical ward.

I honestly love Jasmine's personality, and the relationship she has with her husband is inspiring ! The only thing that bothers me a bit is the fact that she (and so many other people on social media and irl to be honest) equates losing weight as a "glow up", and says that Dawoud looks "so great /good NOW". I'm not saying that he shouldn't be proud of the work he put in it, and good for him el hamdulilah...However, to me, it's a shame we keep using this vocabulary and still associate losing weight as glowing up and looking/being better than before...
