I've always loved the story of Zacheus and thought I knew the story... but now I love it even more. Thank you for this study!

Good word Travis, I have pulled back some online comments after reflection. There is One Lord, One Faith and One Body of Christ. My dear children, love one another. Strength and prayers, Love br. David - Canada.

Amen Brother, man ive been on some preterist pages and preached the gospel of love and righteousness cos i see alot of preterists realllyyy attack 'futurists' and to be truthful, ive been attacked by preterists for defending them (please note i was not defending there beliefs, as i believe all things were fulfilled by 70ad) but i have been kicked of pages, even though i was respectful and kind but simply that i was stating that all christians need to love one another, i have had posts rejected based on this gospel of love . However, this sermon was Righteous and perfect, thank you.

This is one of the best sermons I’ve heard, & I’ve heard a few in my almost 68 years

Good word. Helped me reflect on my approach to sharing the truth with my fellow believers in Christ. It’s hard. But In love I guess it sought of becomes easier coz the tone changes and makes a big difference.

Absolutely needed message. I have a good friend who has told me more than once that she can see how people get to preterism, but that she would never want to be a part of the community because of how hateful preterists are to each other.

I don't know any human group that doesn't have a few battles as the years go by. From politicians to football players and sporting clubs. Viscious splits in Muslims, and Hindus. Catholic, Protestant. North v South. Black white. Endless. Man is very clever, he can fight over two flies crawling up a wall. Never stops. Preterists who are questionably a tad more sceptical than most, are not any worse. I don't know of any stabbings, shootings or bombings. Yet.

Your friend needs to look in the mirror - I pray she will see her hypocrisy and love even her supposed enemies

When reading the story of Zachaeus I often wondered how a thief who made all his wealth from stealing could get that extra wealth needed to pay back 4 times. Perhaps he also had legitimate businesses? Good message, thanks Travis.

If he had cheated anybody of anything, he would pack that person back 4 times what he had cheated him, does not mean that he would pay the person back with 4 times of what his own net worth was.

@@colingr318 I get the impression they stole from everybody. Perhaps he was born rich as well. He may have had a large honest account to draw upon.
