Hi. I don't have too much experience from the west coast but i would say anything north of Gothenburg works well. The video is from the islands Tjörn and Flatö and the snorkeling was not planned, i just jumped in the water when i had the chance and had a look around. So from my limited experience i get the feeling that the snorkeling is good pretty much anywhere on the west coast.
