I am so disappointed in myself for not seeing your videos sooner. The way we talk is eerily similar. And this painting is absolutely positively GORGEOUS!
Gina , I used the same colors today and had a similar pour.....I was very pleased and I did add the Raine x to the paint......there are so many incredible details you can't quit looking .....I owe the courage to experiment to watching you ...one of the best , I know.
A knockout!! Stunning random outcome with the light yellow and great touches of the Rain-X . Looks so intriguing at a distance and even more amazing up close. Really wonderful outcome,Gina!!
Love this and you Gina! I'm harmony of health ;) Love to support awesome and inspiring artists that truly make me a better artist as well. This is next level pour! Keep setting the bar high ;)
This is un-f-believable. GIna, I thought nobody (you included) can overcome your works from (15) and (20) videos but here we are. This is purely amazing. Astonishing, breath taking - I don't think they invented words for describing your art, Gina!
You are the best teacher in pouring that I've seen so far. You are the only one that shows the consistency close up. That has helped me very much. I always have problem with the base coat which I think has really affected the outcome of my pours. I believe I have too much base coat on the canvas. I've watched you do the base coast so many times and I think today the method finally makes sense. I can hear the sound of the scraper tool you use to spread the paint! That tells me the base coat is very thin. Also I noticed the size of the cup you used to do the base coat. I'll tell ya, I've used much much more paint trying to tilt and make this perfectly smooth base coat. After all this time I finally snapped! Perhaps because I'm always paying attention to the other aspects of your process. Today I'm going to follow your base coat method exactly. I tried to do a pour with Rain X and my results were nothing like yours. My medium mix was Floetrol, Glue and water. I'm going to invest in the Golden medium. I'll let you know how this turns out.
Beautiful and so interesting, cannot wait to give this a go and see what I end up with. Only just started exploring Acrylic Fluid art. Have a colourful week.
Gina, this painting is GORGEOUS! Someone raved about RainX and I tried it with little success. She sprayed it. And she was positive that you didn't need to clean it once dry, before sealing it, like other silicones. I found it to be super oily.

Thank you for your kind words. think glue prohibits the reaction. I think you’re really going to like the Golden Medium.
