Ex-governor Yayah Bello’s obtained Federal High court orders restraining EFCC from arresting him. But, instead of displaying disobedience to high court orders EFCC should charged Yayah Bello to court for him to respond.

@@lelo940 EFCC personnel are not dedicated as many of them are only personal monetary enrichments, hence they have no respect for rules of laws & demanding for bribes from suspects they are investigating.
EFCC must adopt less public Media show-cases of disobeying either State or Federal High Courts injunctions from arrest. If elected or non-elected officials were suspected of corruption crimes, EFCC must ensured due respect of every judicial rulings. If provable evidences have been obtained by EFCC & ICPC or CCB, to charged them to courts instead of laying siege at their homes to arrest them like criminals.

I lost hope in Nigeria's leadership and its future as a country when I saw how Yahaya Bello ruined Kogi State and Lokoja. If EFCC really arrests him, secures a jail term for him, and recovers what he stole, it will restore my faith in Nigeria again.

This clown show is a clear indication of failure of Nigeria security architecture, the thuggish nature of all the security operatives involved in this operation is suggestive of a state without a proper policing authority. Where is the inspector General of Nigeria police? Where's the internal affairs minister? The justice minister and host of other officials responsible for the orderly dispensation in security matters. Does it mean that those heading those security agencies weren't aware of this situation before hand. Simple invite by the EFCC could have strengthen this issue out without any further escalation, perhaps if he Yaya Bello sees himself as belonging to that elite group of corrupt untouchable, he might choose to ignore the Authority.
