Is it faster than the plus plan or just the 100 messages cap?
Now that you've been using Teams for almost a week, how's it going? I know the 100 messages will make an impact right away, but how about the 32k tokens and other upgrades?
I believe the 2020s gave us an insight into our world 2030s-2040s.
Chatbots and AI gen will be in every facet of society.
I'm not paying 5 extra dollar for message cap, OpenAI Should not punish his GPT-4 users like this
If you are only 1 person, you'd even pay double the price. I got capped at like ~20-25 messages today.. this is insane.
punishment? You still have access to your PLUS plan. Moreover, they have introduced a plethora of new features without raising the price since the launch of GPT PLUS, including plugins, vision capabilities, the DALL·E Code Interpreter, an expanded context window, faster models, additional GPTs, and the GPT store. Just because you've become accustomed to something doesn't mean you're entitled to it.
does shared members must have plus plan?
Nice video, but we didn't see the difference between 32k "Access to GPT-4 with 32K context window" and the normal window

You can still buy Teams as an individual. You just have the option to invite other people

I have a quick question, and I searched for almost every official intro and no specific answer:
I want to have "user-only" private chat with GPT-4 and dont want to share every message to all users in the workspace. Can we set specific subsections in the workspace, that everyone has its own workspace (totally private, no sharing to other users).
Or, anyone with teams subscription directly has GPT4 access in their own private accout?
I just believe openAI's product design is pretty anti-intuition sometimes...

I am already paying $240 annually for basic services. Upgrading costs an additional $300, which raises the annual cost to $540. I decided not to upgrade, but that was a personal decision. I did not feel that for my own personal needs, there was a need to pay more than double (in excess of $500) to get that extra benefit. However, it may be worth it for you. It is NOT about choosing between $20 a month or $25. the TEAM plan is a 2 people minimum, so it is $50 monthly, not $25.
I upgraded to the $20 per month plan but see no way to access it?
Are messages pooled? Or does each member get 100 every 3 hours? Their documentation does not say jack.

I Always thinks that of you make Money off of gpts, you Always go for the most powerful Plan (you make more calls and the response Is Better = more money). If you are approaching, the plus Plan Is super fine!
Important Question: I can't find any information in the new and old data from OpenAI regarding the use of prompt limits - 40 every 3 hours or in the new plan for teams 100 every 3 hours.
I have a problem with creating a GPT that will be used by my students and is limited to 40 per hour.
I can't find any information on whether the GPTs that are set to public or exchanged through a link also have this limitation. Because that would be extremely unwise and a disaster in many cases.
You have to have a Plus account to access and use the custom GPTs so your students will be limited to 40 prompts per 3 hours.

I know it sucks. But, Copilot is free. It's uses GPT4 and does a better job at finding sources online than ChatGPT. @@edulitix
Acho que não faz sentido limitar a 100 mensagens por equipe, mas sim a 100 mensagens por usuário. O Teams é feito para ser usado por pelo menos 2 usuários, mas pode acomodar mais usuários. Agora, imagine se houvesse 3 usuários, cada um teria direito a apenas 33 mensagens a cada 3 horas, o que é menos do que o limite do ChatGPT Plus. E se houvessem 5 membros na equipe, cada um teria apenas 8 mensagens a cada 3 horas hahahaa.
i have one MAJOR QUESTION . suppose my and my friend is using this chat gpt teams. Can we use simultaneously ?

Question 1: Do you pay for plus in addition to team? In other words, can you and other members use 3.5 and use team?
Question 2: Is it 100 messages per Team or 100 messages per each individual in the team?
Plus and Teams are separate. So I'm paying for both in this set up. But I plan to downgrade my personal to free and only use teams. And I believe it's 100 per person. But that's a great question. I really hope it's not for the team or it would defeat the purpose.
@@SkillLeapAI I think that's the only logical way to go about it. I just wished they would simply give individuals an upgraded tier so we wouldn't have to go through finding someone to 'team up' with. It's a dilemma I think whether to choose to subscribe annually for it as later down the line they might actually have that tier for individuals. When we switch it back to that tier, we now have 2 separate data and it'll be messy when chatgpt comes out with "learning from your chat" feature.

Is not true. I said that would be it considering the hypothesis that the limit of 100 is per account and not per user. If it were by account, it would divide the number of messages by the number of users, which would not make sense.@@nsepeter

Could you report on the 32k GPT4 version? Worth it…? The turbo version has 128k, but some say GPT4 has better capabilities. What's your take?
For long context window, I've been using Claude. So the 32k vs 128k in ChatGPT hasn't been an issue. But I haven't really tested them against each other in detail. The upgrades inside of Teams is worth the lower context window in my opinion.
Can you choose the Turbo model from within Teams (the way you can select between 3.5 and 4 in the Plus account). I’d trade context for better answers, but sometimes need really large context, and Claude seems to be borked lately, so it would be nice to be able to choose turbo when I need it.

You dont have 100 mesages cap but 200 messages since you have two users.

Yea the only way to access a GPT right now is by having a GPT plus account or teams account.

I think building a custom ChatGPT using Zapier will be much cheaper. It's not exactly the same as these customGPTs but it is an AI chatbot with your own data. zapier.com/ai/chatbot

This will all be free in a year anyway, with how AI is progressing. These people are investing heavily in the newfangled haycarts while the first Henry Ford factory is being built right next door. Aggressive monetization at this stage is just sad and people will remember it.
Don't like it. Not at all. Not as someone starting a business as an individual, which many of us have to do.
This is just a knock to the small guy (surprise surprise).
One question not answered is whether or not the Dalle functionality is better - does it use more memory or whatever is needed to follow long prompts in the team versus individual.
In general, this plan feels like corporate bullying on the early startup.
