Of all the female artists George recorded with I believe that Melba Montgomery was the best , but let's remember that this is when country music was real ,we just don't hear this from the so called country music singers of today and unfortunately never will ,so fortunate to have a great collection of this wonderful music to remind me of what we once had, and so grateful to have sites like this , keep it coming
@@artstreb3544 art , I certainly agree with you one hundred percent ,I have posted so many times of my thoughts of why " country music " died , I am sure that the recording company executives moved the way they did for the all mighty dollar , showing scant regard for our generation or the fact that because of us ,they hold the powerful positions they do today ,they have their heads so far in the sand they just can't see reality, George and Allen got it right when they released , murder on music row, cheers from Australia,

Michael I totally agree except for the so called country singers of today. Way too much credit!! There's no comparison to these two singers nowadays.
