Honestly, one of my greatest setbacks with doing Windmills is having tight hamstrings 😂 i can't fully straighten my legs when I try to Windmill so I lose form easily. I am doing the warm ups you showed in a previous video!
I love the dissecting of the windmill, it makes it easier to learn. I wonder if you can do this same deconstructed method for the flare
