With you Evernew pot set you could put the 1st cartridge plastic top cover down then the BRS Burner and then the next cartridge the correct way and it would all fit in with the lid on

I just like good old mess tins. Square things take up less space .
2 tins fit 2 hexi stoves or 2 trangia and cutlery and everything else inside them. Just cant be beaten

Most bushcrafters are out for one or two nights. We do build campfires and not rely on multiple gas canisters! It comes down to opinion. I'll live with 1 canister and a backup alcohol stove if conditions are too wet.😁
We all do things in our own way, with different tools.
none of us are wrong, we are always right for us.
It's always good to know how others do it, it gives us all ideas for us.
