I honestly finds no problem with people leaving one organization to another, u strongly believe the reason for leaving is when their current organization is less challenging or they have learned a lot, they have been trained enough to go independently, or to take the experience and utilize it for their betterment with another company or organization, an organization should not be a cult where people are prohibited to leave, same applies with our churches, if people doesn't leave it means they are not growing, people must learn then go open their own organizations or serve in another organization. We were supposed to celebrate that than taking it as betrayal.
Yes, I agree it shouldn't be like a cult, but they should also be grounded so that people will trust in what they show off as their principles.....because if they constantly change their minds and principles they put up an image of unstable leaders.
