thank you for the tip ….yes bottom watering is quite good ..but I kinda skip it during the summers otherwise I will have to water more frequently but now that I have system ….bottom watering will be easy 😊
Very cool! Are you going to use any fertilizer to speed growth? I use an inorganic fertilizer as well as chicken manure based organic fertilizer right now, in my effort to grow large echeverias of all different types. I’ve also been growing from seed with a future goal of propping from leaves and pups, selecting the prettiest ones to live in my personal collection and gifting and selling the excess. It’s a great way to get interesting cultivars without breaking the bank, if you have the patience for it. Please continue to post updates!! I heard of an event called a “show and sell” in my country (but not local to me) and I thought that is a really cool idea and we should do an event like that locally to me.
wow show and sell sound fun ….we used to have a lot of exhibitions pre covid it was fun …I had fun selling a lot of succulents and my handmade pots ….Covid destroyed everything since then there are hardly any exhibitions and the one that are present are way to expensive…because we need to book a spot and put up a stall …but yes pre covid we’re wonderful days lol ….I won’t be adding fertilisers ..I don’t know why I just don’t like adding it to them lol …. I do see good growth with fertilisers…..especially the cuttings they grow faster ….purple delight, marpin I felt are the fastest growing among the lot
just wow and all the best :)

Beautiful! You can use a turkey baster to suck extra water out of the tray. I'm a big fan of bottom watering too! ❤❤
