File the bottoms to fit around the cuticle/nail bed. Everyone thinks mine are real! Buff your nails first as well as push the cuticles down. Alsooo the longer ones look the most realistic then you can file them down to the size you like ! 💕
Hi how to fill them?
I wonder if filing the long ones down is advisable cos wonder if the powder that are produced is hazardous… I mean it’s still plastic. I will be careful I cut it with nail clipper no powder formed then gently file with a bin over my lap to collect the powder. Then I will use nail polish top coat to seal the ends.
@@fatihataskin1593 with a nail file just shape them to how u want. I like using a nail drill for my toes though
I would suggest prepping the nails before and when you put the nail on push into your cuticles that will make them stay longer also. My SHEIN nails are coming can’t wait to use them ! 🥰

Hey, the reason that the whole thing is coming off is that it isn't done properly. The little small tab, on the sticky tab, is what you should peel off, and the plastic layer comes off. After that, you can put a bit of glue to make it last longer. Anyways, hope this helped!
I would recommend prepping your nails before you put them on! and also I recommend slightly pushing the nails underneath your cuticle. it may hurt but after a few days it goes away. I bought a pair of nails from shein and when I did this they lasted a lot longer! 😁

Yeah file the nail to fit your cuticles and put glue around the edges. Glue on ur nail bed as well as the false nails

Can you differentiate between the salon ones and these shein ones?
Yes - salon ones are thicker and last longer - but these do the job short term! xx
@@georgiepalmer7033 those shein ones in particular are very thin but if you get good quality ones they are very long lasting especially if you use nail glue or acrylic.

I’m pretty sure most fake nails you can buy will be like that like I used to get mine from target, dollar store, and the drug store I’m pretty most are like this but I used to pay like 6 dollars + for the stores I listed I feel like shein would be the same as those just a little bit worse but I mean for like 3-1 dollar yes I will gladly wear those and switch them out.
I tried wearing fake nails recently and love how easy they are and they protect my brittle nails. But when I removed them my finger nails hurt after that… the whole finger tips under the nail and the sides felt tender. Is it cos I have been wearing them for too long (few weeks) and my natural nails somehow got affected, maybe the fake nails restricted their growth? Or maybe my natural nails couldn’t breathe cos of the adhesive? It was scary but thankfully overnight the tenderness went away, but I really would love any comments. Fake nails look good and very affordable and easy! I hope I can use them long term to protect my nails. Anyone knows why? Thanks.
Probably none of the above actually. Your removal method was probably a little too rough on your nails and or you over buffed your nails before false nail application.
Your nail is made of layers and if you peel or damage your nail bed continously they may really start to hurt. Best bet for removing glued on falsies is to cut and file down the excess and then use acetone to soak off the remainder.
Do not use water. Water can loosen false nails but you can still end up damaging your natural nails when the glue is ripped off. Ironic considering it's often touted as damage free.
@@Poorstargazer23 Thanks so much! Yes I found out i was too rough 😅😂 so yeah now if I want them off I would do that after I have done a fair bit of kitchen chores. Water softens the glue making it easier to remove. I wouldn’t use acetone if possible as it dries my skin. So nowadays i don’t get the pain anymore. I don’t use long false nails, usually wear them quite short. :) Thanks so much for your help, you are so kind 💖💖
Your nails shouldn't really hurt after taking them off, unless you were too rough when taking them off. You don't want to pry them off, soak them in either warm soapy water until the easily pull off, or you can soak them in acetone until they fall off, (usually takes about 5 minutes) I wear mine for 10-14 days and my nails don't hurt after taking them off (granted everyone is different) it could also be because you didn't have them sized to your fingers properly and they were possibly digging into the sides of your finger. That can cause some soreness. Or maybe you were just sensitive to yhe glue you were using. I would say definitely keep trying as with any beauty products it can often times be trial and error.
The shape of the nail doesn’t adhere to the natural nail bed .. is that what you were conveying in the beginning ?
My question is if I used the nails can you use them again ?.

they come off after u wash ur hands lol, nail glue is way better
If you do it right,it will last quite a while and if you press it on hard enough,everyone sticks it on the finger nail first lol put it on the fake nail first then press it on your finger super hard and it should stick for a good amount of time
Actually it depends. Some stickers stayed for a whole week for me and some didn’t even want to stick
I also bought the flame french tips and they were so bad but i also bought blue butterfly nails and they were amazing they stayed on and were amazing quality

you put the stickers on the nail but to do it you need to have all the stickers on then push down lightly for five secs then place on you nails
If the glue tape comes off than flatten it down than take your tweezers and pick from another side

Hey Georgie, I was wondering if when you used the nail glue when you took it off did it take a layer or your nail off. Because i once used a glue and it took a layer of my nail off.
I know you arent asking me but it depends how you take your nails off. If you're ripping them off ( which i do not reccommend ) It could possibly result in a bunch of nail glue left on your nails and in your situation, ripping a layer off of your nail. I'd rinse mine in warm water to get them off more gently!
the nail glue I used is from amazon and did not damage my nails - hope this helps ! xxx

How do you remove these?
I picked them off lols (probs not good for your nails!!) you can probably soak them in acetone for a safer removal process xxx
@@georgiepalmer7033 On the packaging they say to soak the nails in warm water for 3 minutes. I think acetone ruins the fake nail so you cant reuse it

thats not a proper reveiw. You used nail glue instead of the sticky tabs.
