calor para que reviente o explote no. esta a 37 en reposo i en silencio perfecto para ver pelis internet etc en rendimiento los juegos 79 o 85 grados i en turbo se queda a los 93 grados i sigue funcionando eso si no toques la parte de arriba del teclado que quema en juegos i no jodais con que se desgasta porque los componentes no funcionan asi petan si hay una sobrecarga 👍 rendimiento i turbo
@azuradesu9103 The only hot part is near the screen where you wouldn't touch anyway. The keyboard isn't hot but I wouldn't game with it on my lap. The internal temps read high but nothing to not be expected in a slim design. And nothing near going past specifications limit.
Really? Not hot in the body? Im using 4070 too but I cant touch it for 5sec (in idle) if im not undervolt it
@masrularief7897 Only part that gets hot is above keypad near screen, where you shouldn't be touching.
I use a cooling pad now anyway, not hot anywhere now.

dont believe the hype it runs around 60 degrees on light load and the display is very poor (lots of image retention issues and mura). Tested two different retail versions.
Sheesh that is awful. Never had the Zeph but I have an ROG Strix G18 4080 and it's idle temps sit around 35-38c. Asus really needs to check themselves though because their screens are way subpar compared to other companies. Mine doesn't have bleed but the glow is more severe than with my Legion 5i pro. It is super annoying because it wrecks immersion in dark environments.
@@beardeddragon9255Had a G15 with a RTX 3070, can say that my idle temps were between 40 and 60°C. Cooling is a bit of an issue on the Zephyrus series, especially with bigger and more powerful chips

@@michaozga7825 yah, switching between apps, particularly from a complex window to a plain one would result in an image of the other window showing as shades on the new one.
@@beardeddragon9255 wtf? First, the screens on this laptop are all OLED, so there is no image retention. Also there is literally no more issues, screen is as perfect as you can get on a laptop. Second, I have one, on idle it drops to around 35-38 deg C. At maximum load it doesnt go above 80-85, and fans are not that loud compared to similar laptops. Either you are smoking something strong, or you never had any and are talking nonsense without experiencing it at all
How is the cooling on it ? Do the fans go crazy when you're gaming
thats gonna be heavy for everyday use, Hot even in light to moderate use, screen will be wobbly, battery will last u 2Hours (bring ur charger everytime), fan noise is so loud u cant bring it in something like coffee shop, library or even in school, touchpad will be an issue sometimes it works sometimes it wont (still an asus problem)

OMEN laptops wobble 50x more. This one has just a small wobble, nothing major at all. First world problems. You know a laptop is literally perfect when people complain about the tiniest of screen wobble

Not really the Gpu on this laptop is limited by wattage only 115 watt. Other laptops with 4090 have like 160 watt or more. Also the cpu is kinda less powerful than other laptops because of power limit. It’s too thin

@fizannoushad827 if you want a 4090 just get a desktop. In my opinion laptops arent worth the insane price for a 4090 because the wattage and cpu almost always limit the power. If you want a laptop just get this with a 4070 and you’ll be fine. Just know that the battery life on this laptop sucks but other than that its great.

no laptop currently with intel or amd chip is on the same level as a macbook tbh. maybe 2-3 more years until ARM on windows gets good lol

That much money for a 115W 4090 lmao. A Lenovo Legion Pro 7i goes up to 175w, cheaper, and unsoldered memory. The fan noise and heat are close to none, but the G16 definitely looks cooler without a doubt.

When playing games yes, but I've heard laptops way louder. Once you have headphones on, you wont notice the fan noise
on battery it is completely silent, fan never turns on. so when you are out and about just working, its a silent laptop

No ram sadly, I think you can upgrade the SSD, if ram is a necessity, then you can either buy last year’s model which you can upgrade, or fork over more cash to get more ram on the 2024 model.

It's Very Good, and the OLED Displays is very good for Editing because its give more Accurate Brightness of the Images or Video you're editing.
How is the fan noise on i7 ultra 4070 32gb?
It's not a jet engine, thank god, but some people with high standards don't like the sharp noise that third fan makes. personally speaking, I had a MSI GL76 before, and in comparison I am very satisfied with this one's fan noise. you dont really need the turbo mode, performance is good enough and safe temperatures can be maintained
It's a gaming laptop with extremely powerful internals. So fan noise will always be there. However, this one is actually not that bad. It's there, but not too much depending on what you are doing with it. I would say this laptop is actually on the quieter end of gaming, powerful laptops. On battery it barely ever turns on the fan, so it's a mostly silent laptop. Connected to AC it lets the CPU boost more, so the fan will stay mostly on all the time but at very slow speeds. Audible? Yes. Still quieter than most gaming laptops? Yes. And remember, it's literally silent on battery

What’s the difference between geforce rtx and geforce studio??
The GPU is exactly the same, but the drivers are different. You can switch to the studio drivers on any Nvidia gpu by just downloading it. It's quite misleading that they advertise it as if it's something unique to this hardware but it really isn't. The studio drivers are just slightly older but more stable versions of the gaming drivers
Unfortunately this laptop has mostly 16g ram versions that are soldered ram so you cant upgrade it at all. Such a poor design choice and is the only reason im not getting one

2.7K USD for 32GB of RAM is worse than MacBooks. Just get a maxed-out used XPS 15 with a 13900H, 4070, and OLED panel for under 2K, lmao. It will probably come with 32GB of RAM and a 2TB SSD too
That 4 to 6 hours battery life is absolutely abysmal.
The 2012 ThinkPad w530 was rated for 24 hours of battery life with the extended battery plus the snap on battery.
Not sure why Asus, Intel, and Nvidia purposely chose to give this absolutely wretched battery life with their horribly inefficient chips.
I would like to see a lot more negativity concerning this busted laptop.

Ngl, this is incredibly disappointing. An RTX 4090 capped at such a low power cap won't even outrun an RTX 3060 ti. This is honestly why I will never buy anything other than an RTX 4060 if its inside a laptop. At least then, you're getting the same performance as you would with a desktop and you're saving cash.

The G16 is simply a more versatile tool. A Mac is a precision device. Personally I'd rather a hunting knife than a scalpel. Even if the scalpel is pretty 😊

I bought it. Used it for four days then returned it. Poor ergonomics, incredibly noisy fan, erratic performance, loaded with system killing bloatware like armor crate. In short, technical rubbish.

I will go thru the same series of tests to make sure it works as advertised or, return it to the vendor if the fixes are too labor intensive.
