It's a message that was meant for either Heavy and/or Scout, but was caught and then censored by the player. 2. It's an image of someone from either the Blu or Red team, who was heavily disfigured and mutilated by the player, possibly done so as a message to deter these two characters from acting out. 3. It's an image of the Blu and Red team getting along with each other, possibly before the player started to toy with them at his own will. Possibly done so as to taunt the two with lives that they could never relive again.
It seems more like the player was trying to edit a picture onto the prop to mimic the screen turning on as part of the skit, but didn't do it quite right.

Do you understand now?
I have no idea what your talking about, but I think you need to see someone about this, you appear to be under the impression that video game assets are alive, and TF2 and gmod are two very different games.
This might be reading a bit too much into it. But I think it says something that this videos about something being wrong with what the Heavy was using to watch a show. Maybe this wasnt chosen as an arbitrary subject to make a skit about. I find it interesting how the skit we saw clearly wasnt the skit Badwater intended to make. He didnt expect to catch the scout, so he was originally planning to do something else.
