    Beautiful move. Will definitely practice and add to my vocabulary. I struggle stitching too many together. I find it really throws my spacial awareness and orientation to line of dance

    I enjoyed & practiced this. It felt like the easiest Cadena I have ever tried. Will try using a homemade prop to keep good movement around the axis.

    Thank's a lot for this nice instruction video. It looks like the leader have to make the follower freez for a while while he is going around and then the oposit appere. Givs a very dynamic apperace.
    I suppose it would be applicable in both cross as linair system and in clockwise and anticlockwise as well?.
    PS I have been following I aprechate you instruction videos. The are clear with technics for both the leader as well as the follower in very pedagogic presentation. Då
