I will say Mythy is one of the UA-camrs that have successfully got me buying games. So far I think it's been like 3 games already. This has been on my list too.
Played over 300h and its so much fun, worth every penny
I love to see that the devs have made so many improvements since the early access release, something always just felt off about the game when it was in beta, the cloak abilities were barely viable but with all the balancing changes they actually work now
Same, I can’t wait for new updates in the future
I wouldn't say that completely, I found cloaks to be great for killing bosses and spells useful in general. The shuriken super move shreds the big bosses when used right next to them, and there’s a spell that can heal you, in a rouge-lite. Never mind the unique dialog that comes out of bosses when you have specific weapons.

To help mythmoo understand the story:
Death summons helpers gather souls of the dead cause it was too tiering for him. Unfortunately it backfired and now Death is overworked and decides to destroy those those who are causing this overwhelming work so Death can take a vacation.
damn the animations in this game are insanely fluid. Combat seems pretty cool too. Definitely considering checking this out.

Fun fact, you can use frenzy (ultimate attack one with scyte that goes "brrraa" acrose the screen) on wepons/spell to make them go extra cool, also love your videos
Yo you should totally try gravity rush there’s also a gravity rush 2 I think you’d be really into flying around manipulating your own gravity

Hi, I'm currently trying to play "Have a nice Death" but I'm unable to do so.
Here's some information on why :
-The bug can happen anywhere, in the start/end of an arena, start/end of battle, on traveling and even if the game is just running afk.
-It start by a freeze, back to desktop and then it hard crash and I'm forced to "kill the process" (the music continue during the freeze)
I used the report feedback which told me to post on discuss, where I got no answer either.
Then I used the "in game" report for "performance issue", still got no news.
If you got something that might work I would be glad.

That being said, this is the perfect game to play while waiting for Silksong ❤
It's not even the same genre, hollow knight is a metroidvania, this is a roguelike

Basically
Death made the Sorrows to have an easier job and slack off in his office
Due to the Sorrows reaping too many souls Death ended up getting locked in his office from all the paperwork and shrinking from lack of "exercise" and burnout
In the end he gave up and started pummeling his underlings
this is one of my most played on steam deck! tons of fun on lunch break lol
I remember downloading the beta last year on my pc, that’s how hyped I was when I saw the trailer, glad it’s out now but I’m getting it on the switch

Hey Myth. I recently found out about a game that I think might be up your alley. It's called Clash Artifacts of Chaos, and it's essentially a mix between RPG and fighting game, but with really peculiar and unique world building, character designs and an utterly insane soundtrack to boot.

Finished the game twice in an early access version, where the general you died against was the final boss. I upgraded the bees, which was completely op. Sadly there was no ending to the story.
Bought that game a few months ago and it's rlly fun

Have a nice death is an action roguelike because there are no permanent upgrades, only unlocks that add more variety to the game, theres no direct upgrades, roguelites have vertical progression while this game only has horizontal progression

I wish they’d made this a true metroidvania. Would have been one of the greats, I think. I’m just so burnt out on roguelikes. The progression is so slow (if you take lots of bad damage like me 😅).

Well you took mostly the wrong power ups always try and infuse something to your attacks and always take control room to upgrade your weapons, that being said you still killed it! Well played sir!
