- This is the first video in my complete Demon Lord Clan Boss series. If you're new to the game or struggling to understand how to improve on the Demon Lord Clan Boss, I'll walk you through everything you need to understand about the boss fight, the affinity and stage differences, and the types of champions you'll need to succeed.

I found this incredibly helpful - thank you! I've been playing for a couple of years casually, but I still struggle to make a good dent in NM, never mind UNM, because I lack all the meta champs that get pushed. I haven't found any other videos that explain WHY you need certain roles filled even half so clearly as you have. Looking forward to the rest! :)

There was a demytha available for 25or so void shard, you could have had a budget myth heir comp, just needs the speed and easy 3key team
I appreciate the amount of details in the video. I watched a good amount of clan boss videos and I feel like I've gotten more out of this one than all the other ones combined.

@jasonmartinez4730 There's SO much information to cover for the Demon Lord CB. To pack it all into one video would be impossible. I'm hoping by giving the topic its own week, I can cover everything anyone will need to know to march their way confidently from EASY CB all the way up to a 1-key UNM team. Tall task, but I'm going to give it my best shot. I hope you find the next parts as useful as this one!

9:30 I did not know that. I thought the ally protect champ took a % of the total damage with gathering fury. Thanks for the lesson :)
@Crashdown96 The calculation is strange, and I could use a refresher on exactly how much of the damage gets applied. But the basic upshot is this - ally protection is the strongest survivability buff for the Demon Lord because it's coded in a strange way that results in some damage being completed shedded, making your team take less damage than they would otherwise.

My Clanmates told me that the 50% dec attck or increase attack are always out of the bare number meaning :
100 + 50% (50) - 50% (50) = 100
@BlueNachid My understanding it that these are multiplicative, not additive. I will double check this. May take a bit for me to find the right experiment, but we'll get to the bottom of it.
6 months in and my CB team is Sepulcher Sentinel (lead), Gnut, Toragi, Deacon, Kael. I've been stuck at 13 million damage on brutal for the last month. I need to find a replacement for Kael and get better gear..
@Dumbledork_Prime Just curious - have you tried Deacon in the lead? More speed can be better than more defense in some cases. May not matter either way, but it's worth a try.

Try High Khatun as lead, set A2 first, speed at 248. Pare with Apothecary at 225, and set a2, a3 for quick runs. Gear 1-3 DPS for survival and set to auto with the pre set.
I don't have the gear to get anyone to 248. I'm working on it. @@StLouis83
I started gaining a couple million more when working on masteries bro, but i still need to learn more hence me watching this video as we speak
Can’t wait for the stun video. I built a budget unkillable team and it was working great but now the CB keeps targeting Painkeeper. I’ve tried everything: steadfast mastery, increase/decrease HP, more resistance and defense than the stun target, stun target in the lead…nothing works
@edc.8002 Yeah, I had trouble with my budget unkillable stun target too. I eventually figured it out, but it was a pain. Don't worry - the stun video is coming. Hopefully, it will help you figure out a plan.

Using the following team on demon lord ultimate nightmare , brogni , scyl, venomage, corvis, and emic but I’m only doing about 20 million damage my goal is to do a 70million damage 1 key any suggestions ?? Thank you
@JoaoSilva-rk3tw Emic is one of the few champions that can create an unkillable team comp. You could go in that direction. OR you can continue to use Venomage and Corvis as the foundation of a traditional (killable) composition. I wouldn't use them all in the same comp. Also consider getting a better CB support than Scyl. This is the one fight where she doesn't really shine. Either way - speed tuning is likely to improve your damage numbers. I hope that helps.
