I went to Japan for spring vacation for about 1 month in mid-March to mid-April 2018. I vlogged on almost every single day. I'll show you my adventures in Japan and shopping spree as far as I am able to.

Mackenzie Wachter It’s from Tam music factory (also in description box) and the song is generally called tam-n11 . I don’t remember if it’s from the spring or summer songs. I usually click myself through all the songs TAM music factory has on their website and then I give each piece my own name that I refer to. I recommend Chrome to translate their website instantly. 😉

hi! Thanks for your comment and watch. My channel is pretty out of date and I am sadly not uploading anymore at the moment.
I used a pretty old canon video camera. It is wide angle, the quality is not that amazing really. This camera was second hand because it is not produced anymore. This video is not even uploaded in HD, but the other vlogs are in HD. I just messed up for the first JP vlog, unfortunately.
Hope you enjoy my other vlogs too. Maybe, I will start filming something again. I have so many gorgeous handmade lolita dresses to share.

Does Lolita still exist in Japan? When I went last I never saw any Lolita. I feel like fashion is very influenced by Korea these days in Japan
What a question! YES, of course, the Lolita community is still well and alive. Nowadays, Lolita fashion gains more and more popularity in China and even Kawaii Ambassador Aoki Misako confirms herself that more people wear Lolita fashion publicly in China than in Japan. When I was there, I also didn't see many people in their full gear because first of all most Lolitas are regular office workers or other jobs and they are only free on the weekends. Furthermore, you will only spy Lolitas in Harajuku/Omotesando/Shibuya and more likely on the weekends. There is a Harajuku Fashion Walk that takes place once every months where people of all Japanese Fashion Trends can join. Kawaii Ambassador Aoki Misako takes trips around the world all year round where she promotes lolita and kawaii fashion and attends international tea parties. There are surely enough Lolita brand shops in Shinjuku Marui Annex and LaForet as well as Omotesando where you can also spot Lolitas in their full gear. It is true that Korean Fashion is very popular nowadays but if you look closely and stay long enough in Japan, not just Tokyo, you will see that the fashion people wear in Japan is very Japanese. People wear very casual, yet elegant fashion, as well as very girly like Magestic Legion, Jill Stuart, and Liz Lisa. I didn't feel as if people were much influenced by Korean fashion. On the other hand, when I was in Korea, I felt very strange because I looked very odd and Korean people dressed very differently altogether. By the way, I saw three Lolitas once in Korakuen, Okayama. And quite a few in Tokyo. People usually wear their Lolita coords to events, and not on a regualr basis. I understand for they are really quite delicate.

I fell in love with Japan because of the fashion subcultures, and last time I went (5 years ago) I noticed the fashion had dulled down...but maybe you're right, it wasn't a weekend. My favourite style was Gyaru, do you ever see Gyaru's anymore? Or has that disappeared?
olinabeautii by gyaru, do you mean those girls tanned from tanning studios and crazy strong makeup, false lashes, short skirts, voluminous hair, etc? Gyaru in that sense is vastly outdated. I didn’t see any. Girly like Liz Lisa and other elegant girly styles are very popular, though.
Gyaru has so many different styles, but I'm referring to the age-jo style of Gyaru (from the magazine Koukuma Ageha magazine which featured many hostess').
