What a beautiful landscape! The lazy bear on the tree was funny. I mean that park is so good for small children to think about the preservation of the environment and all wild life.
I loved that bear. I couldn't believe we saw it. He looked like a child himself just hanging out on the tree with his feet dangling down. Such cute animals and yes, it really is great to see wildlife like that so close. To watch them in their natural habitat in a preserve gives us all a chance to see their personalities and how important they are.
Thank you so much for this, I’ve been looking for the perfect place where I can see lots of animals…this is perfect! My very favorites are wolves and bears, but I love them all, foxes, hawks, everything!
Beautiful! However, I heard that the oldest and weakest wolves are at the head of the pack so that they would be the first to be attacked, delaying attack to the Alphas and giving time for the Alpha Wolves to attack.
No, wolf attacks are non-existent in Canada, and they keep to themselves. Wolves tend to keep away from people You can read more about it here. www.ifaw.org/ca-en/journal/faq-about-wolves#:~:text=Wolves%20pose%20very%20little%20risk,too%20low%20to%20be%20calculated.
Wow!!! I happened to find your video and love it!!! Never heard of this park but definitely will go!!! When is the best time to visit? Looks like fall when you were there. Thank you so much for posting this!!
Thank you! We have been in Autumn and winter. Winter is amazing because the animals really love the cold and you will see arctic foxes playing. But autumn was beautiful too. I think these two seasons were amazing, but I assume summer would be great as well.
@@ThePlanetD Thank you so much for replying so quickly. In what month did you visit in fall and in winter? Also, are the cabins heated? I don’t think I’d know how to use firewood!
@@francoispanetta5069 this is a day trip from Ottawa. Not too far and most people coming from out of the country are either staying in Ottawa or Montreal. No need for the !
I have always wondered if you could form an true bond sleeping against the glass with a wolf every night face to face with only a thin barrier between both of you. And literally living and interacting with them every day if only laying up against the glass browsing your laptop etc etc

Me too, I always watch him and feel terrible. I just want to give it a big hug.
4:31 is one of my favourite moments in Parc Omega (Outside of seeing the wolves)

Wow! What a Thrill! So excitiing to be right there with them without being eaten! Lol
Wolves re not aggressive towards humans, it's quite safe to observe them in the wild.
Lovely video!
Hello
Hello
Love wolves!!!!
Wow! Great video. Thanks! Was this in 2020?
This was last autumn. But nearly Parc Omega is open and autumn is coming soon! :)
Fun fact: heated floors have existed in Korea since before written language
Wow! I didn’t know that. Thanks for sharing!

My DREAM is to go here! Is it very, very expensive? I live in USA.
what's the name of the hotel?
PARC OMEGA WOLF CABIN
What time of year did you go? My wife and I are interested in going to stay overnight and with the colourful leaves, that seems like perfect timing!
Went in autumn the week after Canadian Thanksgiving in October. It is a beautiful time.
@@ThePlanetD Thank you! I was wonder ding the same thing.
Are these animals in captive?
Yes, it is an open air park. They have a lot of room to roam, but they are fenced in.
Ottawa? Think is in Quebec?
No, Otawa is in Ontario, Quebec is another city
It's in a specific part of Quebec that starts with an "M". I forget the name of that part of Quebec, but it's in Quebec as far as the actual city..
Parc Oméga is in Montebelo, Québec not Ottawa !

My issue is they are so cute I want to pet them
@@toyarj37 I agree. Luckily the walkway is above them so you can’t reach them :)
I don't mean to sound Neg, but isn't this like sleeping at the Zoo ? Kind of anti climactic, no ?

Ummm I just wanna ask how to buy a wolf
In Canada you can only buy them if you sell them...
wolves aren’t pets, and they’re nothing like domesticated dogs
