When we were younger, we often tried risky things; as we got older, we tried to restrain ourselves from those types of things. Today's tongue-twister alliteration is about restraining ourselves from ridiculous risks like thrill-seeking sports that could cause us bodily harm, just as an example. So let's say this one three times three times quickly, as it is not very risky.
