    I took your advice after my knees were in a lot of pain preparing for a powerlifting meet. This exercise took 💯 of my pain away. Now I use them all the time. Thanks SU!

    I dont have knee pain, they just crack like rocks both up and down every time i squat, no matter the weight. Even doing 100kg with sleeves they feel stable but just crack a lot xD

    That works for hip alignment and glutes awakening so a 3 for 1

    Do u think u could tell me What I should do for pain in one leg whenever I flex my leg or do squats? I feel like it’s in the lower mid part of my knee, been here for weeks. Thanks !

      I still get cracking sounds after this, but feel more confident because of the warmup. Did 3 times 15 reps on each side with some breaks.

    Anyone have pain just above the kneecap, kinda in between the kneecap and the thigh? Makes it painful to squat. Any ideas what might be causing that ?

      I think ur right but only if it’s an actual injury. If it’s just sore or something or a part of your knee is weak it could definitely help it
