Ms Relebogile, would you please consider doing a story on workplace bullying. While many acknowledge that bullying is rampant in schools, there is little awareness of the extent to which people are bullied at work. In some workplaces, e.g. institutions of higher learning and other workplaces where there are plenty of characters with massive egos, things can get very bad.

In January i was electricuted for something i ddnt do, when Elijah said he thought it's better to die than to risk being tortured again i felt that. I almost threw myself out of a moving car because i didn't wanna risk being electricuted again, this whole experience messed me up psychologically. I now have little faith in the justice system and im a third year law student.

The lady in love with the guy who killed his lover and his friend has a problem. There is nothing wrong with supporting someone who is in jail emotionally and spiritualy especially someone who killed intentionally.look within you sis and find what caused this to become a romantic relationship. He needs anger management from proffesionals, from himself, he needs to forgive himself, the people he killed and getting a cleansing. Then he can become a typical motivational and that's where it ends. No dating for him!!!!!

The Elijah story reminds me of my younger brother ordeal. He was in a group of bikers and apparently they severely assaulted some people in a road rage. One person almost lost his life.. and I still remember vividly that day that I was with him at the hospital to visit his girlfriend and immediate when we arrived at home he got a call that there his crew was involved in a road rage and assaulted and Aliya killed other people.. and his crew were being incarcerated. I tried to advice him not to go there immediately because it was already late astound 23H00 .. but he insisted that he has to go to police station to find out what was going on and if his friends are ok.
Well to our surprise during that chaos, there were some witnesses called in to identify/ witness potential suspects..
And now in his bikers crew there was a friend of his, known to be violent and they look alike.. even almost their body shape. You would mistaken him to be my brother if he’s faving other side.. they were calling them twins.. now sad part is the very same guy was involved in the fight and manage to escape when they heard police are coming ..but unfortunately other crew members manage to escape. And were in custody.. immediately when my brother step at the police station to find out about his crew. One witness pointed him out that she’s adamant that she saw my brother assaulting a man who was fighting for his life at the hospital that day.. and immediately and violently he was arrested and put in custody .. and as his sister I was trying to tell them that could be a mistake since I was with him the whole time. Was also frighten by other sergeant .. that I will be incarcerated with him since I was trying to defend ends of justice or something like that.. I was so mad and knowing that , ion our family no one was ever be at the wrong side of law and we were trying hard to be loyal citizens that are always living by book of law..that day I notice there are indeed lot of innocent people serving life there. My brother was in prison for 6 months for absolutely the crime he didn’t commit. Somehow our lawyer manage at least to convince us to beg those problem to drop charges and instead compensate them.. and we had to pay huge amount of the money for that man that was assaulted . Medical bills, maintaining his wife and three kids. It’s was like we got a dark cloud over us.. 💔💔.. it was hard since the our lawyer told us TTS gonna be difficult to be proven innocent since there were witness and were adamant that my brother was the one of of the groups members that assaulted people there. Sad is we were early at the chess nyana and they are wearing same outfits. Hence it wasn’t very easy to be proven innocent . Matter were worse cos he went to the police station with his bike and gear on.. so he was just as guilty as charges. today my brother abandoned that biker group and want nothing to do with the guys he used to call a friend .
Since he even refused to confess.. keep on telling my brother that he shouldn’t be a coward and take this a a man and he will be out soon..and that he should look prison in a positive note that he will be more stron..mxm. As sisters we have always discourage him to befriend that guy.. it was a lesson for him.. till today. He listens when we warn him about any friend he brought home..🤞🏾. By Gods craze he still got his job back and is doing well now with his wife and kids too..

Personality disorder, is also something that we as black people need to read, learn, look for characteristics around people whom we interact with, our colleagues, fall in love with, there are many types. Awareness saves lives, self help is paramount. Help yourself to help others to help you. Self identity, resilience, focus, independence.
