My brother got his brand new in 2015 (silver 4door si) and put 118k miles on it and passed it on to me. I love it and have already put 15k miles on it. Best car for the money because of its amazing driver focused interior and high handling performance(it is a little slow tho). I lowered it about 1.5in and it takes sharp corners with little body roll and its amazing. Truly an underrated car
I see what you mean actually It is a good mixture of classic and futuristic and if you think ab it this is probably the last OG si bc of the vtec engine
@@mt17261 the L15B7 engine version of vtec is just vvt not the traditional horsepower and torque balance the original n/a vtec had to offer since the late 90s Honda si and type r variants focused on n/a power, but ig with time they had to adapt 😕
Absolutely love my 9th gen, but it sure is hard to not hit rev limit in lower gears. I'm so used to my old EK and my 8th gen with so much higher rev ranges. All in all though I still would pick a 9th gen the low end power feels nice.
@@maniac1628 haha the comment is from 2yrs ago, I went with the Injen axle back and it’s great. Barely louder than stock, but just a teensy bit more aggressive (not to mention it gets rid of that restrictive ass stock muffler)
I do Uber eats in mine. Not the greatest but I get about 300mi to a tank. I run 87 to save money. Still quick but lugs more at low rpm especially with the ac on.
Gas mileage is ok, I did food delivery a few years back to earn some extra cash, I wouldn’t recommend it because it’s a pain in the a** to do stop and go driving in a manual, takes all the fun away of the driving experience of this car.
They both are great cars! Lots of fun. But you’re correct turbo sounds are great. Awd can be a blast! But you can easily put a turbo on your Honda as well. So up to you! Whatever you think looks better. Sounds better and most importantly drives how you like on corners or straights. day to day ect.
I have owned both a 15 si and a wrx at the same time. If you’re looking for a comfortable daily and a great car through the twists go with the si, if you are looking to win roll races and get some turbo sounds the wrx is the better of the 2
YhT OmiT Wrx is more comfortable daily then the 300zx and 350z I’ve had as well. But yeah the SI is some good fun. Hmm. Currently have Wrx. Debating on just keeping it or getting a sti or something else.
9th Gen Si are just perfect in style
very, and with fbo and rbc theyre pretty quick and nice
I’m not sure about anyone else but I’m feelin the Si a bit more than the Sti. Both are clean as s**t. Very tasteful mods bro!

Saved to favorites. Love the sound, amazing vid
I have the same car with fbo and tune , and i still love watching this!!! Watched like 1,000 times😂🤙🤙
Amazing video🙏🙏🙏 it's like we're in there cruising with ya brother👌👌👌
VTEC doesn't sound like it used to, but the exhaust helps bring out the VTEC. Still a nice car, and fun.

Have the same exhaust, she’s sounds beautiful 😍

I’m getting a 2014 civic si very soon
You’ll love it
Noticed that sti next to you,They pricy 💰💰 that’s why I prefer Si’s
Si’s are close in price to the base model wrx’s but si got more features. Si all the way
Just bought the same car, same color
When I was looking for cars I was looking at an evo or 9th gen si sat in both and the evo had an interior made by Rubbermaid lol
gorgeous
I want this car!
Love this vid bro!!

How’s the drone on the highway? I’ve been thinking about getting an invidia n1 for my ‘13 si coupe, but I’m a little worried that it’ll get annoying.
I love how it’s sounds with the stock exhaust imo I’m keeping my si stock except for a few minor Things

NICE
!
What state is this? It looks beautiful ❤
Is the red speedometer color only for the Si?
Yes
So no downpipe or tune? :/ I see the rev hang is still there so that’s why I assume there’s no tune.
I love ur civic
Sounds great
whats that gear shifter called? looks cool and robotic.. whats the benefits of having it versus stock??
Its a short shifter, shorter throws so you get into gears faster
Fire asffffff
So you are driving my neck of the woods..was this today?
When u downshift do u let go of the clutch fast so the car shifts good
So is this a gusler? Would it be ideal to Uber or food deliveries with this?

exhaust reveal!!
Are you on a hondata tune ?
What type of exhaust you got bro
Not enough fuel to drive normally, but enough for VTEC... Honda's....

What exhaust you have on your si? Skunks?

Nice ride, what engine spec is it?
2.4 4 cylinder. Comes stock with like 205 hp. Not bad for a little honda lol
