That’s so sweet of you, Sue.❤
You ALWAYS make me laugh! Great episode, Becky! I love your Rota top. I don't know that I could make one though. Well, I could make it but I'm not sure I would enjoy all of that cabling. But you and your styling of it almost make me!

Thank you so much, Janice. ❤
I just discovered you! What a treat! You are funny and charming and I love your style. Thank you for making me smile and feel inspired too. I hope you feel 100 percent soon! I too am recovering from my first bout of Covid. Sadly, I now realize I don't possess that super human immune system that I was imaging I had. Sooo humbling. Looking forward to viewing all your episodes! Thank you!!!
Thank you so much, Kim! I’m so happy you’re here!❤ I hope you’re doing well.
Love your spin on Van Gogh - what a great way to really look at a painting and deepen your connection with it and the garment you’re making. Love your podcast and all the positive energy.
@@Knitworking_jen Thank you so much, Jen! 💗
I just ran across your podcast and love it already. Congratulations on one year!!
Thanks, Ann! And thank you for spending your time with me today. ❤
Your such a JOY to watch !! Hope your toe is better !
@@blindrootinhogs Thank you so much, Mary!💗
Congratulations on your one year anniversary. I love your Rota Tee, I’ve had forgotten that I had the pattern in my queue for awhile now, yours inspired me to dig out some yarn and knit it.
I really hope you do! Thank you so much for watching. ❤
Maybe a side effect of Covid is an enhanced sense of humor because you were so funny throughout this episode. So fun! Thanks for all the pattern inspiration. I hope you and your foot are feeling better.
😂Glad you enjoyed it!Thank you so much for watching!💗
Hello from Australia 🇦🇺! Love your cheery episodes. Only you could giggle about having covid and ‘almost’ severed toe 😂
😂 Hello! Thank you for watching, Julia. I hope you have a lovely Spring.
Happy Anniversary. 🎉🎉🎉I love your idea with Van Gogh's color palette. ❤I'm currently knitting the field cardigan and would be happy to receive a Ravelry pattern as a gift. 😍cause I live in Germany
Thank you so much! I really appreciate it. The Field Cardigan is a great pattern. It’s on my to knit list. I’ll be sure to put your name in for the pattern!💗
My first time seeing your podcast. How delightful. 😎😎 I am currently knitting the Seashore Stroll sweater by Jennifer Toland in Cloudborn Fiber 100% wool in a teal blue color. enjoying it. 😎
Hi, Dinah! Thank you so much for being here and for letting me know what you’re working on. ❤
Love your podcast, laughing through covid and injuries. 😃 Have a great day and here’s to smooth sailing for a while. 😃
Thank you so much, Eileen!❤
worked on my one West knits wonder: the glittering snowscape shawl (I dont plan to ever knit another). Thank you for making my Monday of a Monday feel less like a monday
I bet your shawl will be beautiful! If you post a pic of it somewhere, let me know so I can see it. Thanks for watching, Emily. ❤
Becky your hair looks INCREDIBLE what the heck
Also, that good wool looks so lovely, the color is beautiful- I've been wanting to knit some more neutrals maybe I'll try purl soho next!
Congrats on one year, love the podcast
You’re a sweetheart, Paige. ❤
I am so sorry about your foot injury! I had a similar thing happen to me many years ago where I slipped in some strappy leather sandals and the strap cut into the tendon of my big toe. Crazy!! I was working on the Carol sweater by Julia Wilkens while listening to you. It reminds me a lot of sweaters from the 80s! (We are similar in age I think, so I get that appeal!) I would love to try for the Twice Sheared Sheep row counter - congrats on the 1 year! I've been with you from the beginning, man how time flies!
Thank you so much for sticking around since the beginning, Jessica! I looked up the Carol sweater and immediately added it to my Ravelry. I need to make it!❤
You poor thing! This past month sounded like a real doozy! Glad you're doing better though. And I loved your Van Gogh's sunflowers outfit in this video, so pretty!
Thanks for the idea to make a matching neckerchief, Ashley! And thanks for watching, friend. ❤
❤️🌈
Girl, you are hilarious! I thoroughly enjoy your podcast. Here’s to many more episodes to come.
😂Thank you, Marybeth ❤
Congrats on the anniversary!!! And boy did you have my blushing 😊. I was so excited to see your podcast pop up in the subscription feed as it was just what I needed after a rough week of work and going back to school. So many laughs as always! Worked on my Book Club Cardigan while I sat and caught up. I’m finally off of the button band!!!! Talk soon my dearest. ❤
Thanks for spending some of your time with me, Mia! You’re a busy lady, so that means a lot to me. 😘
I’m not commenting for a prize 😂😂😂, I just love your podcasts so much, that I feel like I ALWAYS need to say hi ❤❤
Hi, Carla! Thank you so much for watching and being so sweet to me.❤
I can’t believe Covid had the audacity. I will 🤛 it
I need you to punch it’s lights out cuz I’m still so exhausted 😂
OOOOHHHH I forgot to mention about National parks! YES the North Cascades National park is breathtaking! Have you been down to Crater Lake in Oregon? What about Glacier National Park in Montana? The Redwoods in California too!
I’ve been to Redwoods and Sequoia. I visited those on the same trip we hit up Yosemite. I haven’t been to Crater Lake yet. And Glacier is on the top of my list to visit!! The national parks have my heart!
Congratulations on your one year anniversary Becky! I’m sorry you had such a hard month.
You’re really nailing the Van Gogh inspirations. And sewing.
Thank you so much for your concern and support, Patricia. And thank you for watching!❤
Congratulations on one year of podcasts. I’m always guaranteed to smile and laugh, you always make my day! Love how your Rota top turned out😍. The way you styled it gave me some more ideas for me to wear mine as well. Thank you 🧶
Thank you so much for being here, Jill! The Rota is such a great pattern. Did you post a pic of yours somewhere?
@@AHandKnitLetter I just posted a picture of it in ravelry ‘Whatcha Knittin’ 😊

@@sherryl6028 Thank you for such a kind comment, Sherry! I really appreciate you taking the time to watch and comment. Happy knitting!
You always make me smile. Much needed as our past two weeks have been horrendous and all of 2024 has been very difficult. Love your sense of humor.
I’m glad I could make you smile, Karen! I’m sorry you’re having hard times. I’m sending you a virtual hug. ❤
I love how you draw color inspiration from art - how clever! Really enjoy your podcasts thank you for sharing your love and inspiration!

Thank you so much! Charade is soooo good. And thank you for watching! I see you have a channel, too. I’m going to go binge watch some episodes. ❤
Can't wait to see that shawl done! I'm working on the Maurice shawl by Twinset & Purl. And if you don't watch their podcast, "Why?" 😆
Hey, Dora! Thank you so much for watching. And thank you for recommending this podcast! I haven’t come across them before and I’m going watch an episode tonight! ❤
@AHandKnitLetter they design such beautiful patterns, twin sisters, one who is battling cancer. They are so sweet. I hope you enjoy it. :)@@AHandKnitLetter

Hi Becky. I love your colour inspirations , such a cool idea. I’ve been listening since the beginning loving your sense of humour even with all you’ve had to get through this month 👏
I’m working on a zipper sweater for my husband 🤪! And a stria cardigan for myself .
Happy one year pod adversary 🎉
Hi, Ann. Thank you so much for your kind comment. I love the Stria cardigan pattern. And your husband is a lucky fellow. I haven’t put a zipper into any of my knits as of yet. Gotta add that to my list. I’d love to knit a zippered Mr. Rogers style sweater someday.
Happy podiversary 🌈
Loving your colour choices, you always make me smile and lough, and I look forward to a new episode every month.
Hugs from Linn in Norway 🇳🇴🕊️

Congratulations on your one year anniversary! You are one of my favorite podcasts. I laugh right along with you. Thanks for the movie recommendations I'll make sure to watch both of them. Sorry you have had a hard month, but it's all behind you now.

I am SO sorry for the events of your past month!! Hopefully you will fully recover from Covid and your foot over the next month.
Congratulations on your podiversary!
Thank you so much, Julia ❤
I always enjoy watching your podcasts, and you always make me laugh! “I’m a fearful lady” was my favorite line this time but there were many. 😅 Oh, and your projects - knitting AND sewing, are always so classic and beautiful. Thank you for sharing!
Also - I am sorry about your foot and your illness! Prayers for full and swift recoveries!
😂Thank you so much, Michele! You’re super sweet. And thank you for spending time with me!❤
Another great vid! I love your humorous style 😊 congratulations on your yarniversary!!!
Thank you so much, Lei!🧶💗
Congrats on your podiversary Becky! I love that u are using Van Gogh’s paintings as inspiration for choosing colours for your knits! I always liked Van Gogh but really fell in love with his work when I got to see a lot of it in person when I did a semester in the Netherlands when I was in college. Loving all your sewing and outfit inspo too!
Thank you so much, Monica! So cool you got to spend time in The Netherlands! I would love to go someday. Take care 🧶💗
🇦🇺hi im from Australia and always look forward to seeing your podcasts. You truly are a breath of fresh air, I love your personality it always makes me smile !
Congratulations well deserved 🎉
Thank you so much, Gail! I really appreciate it. I hope you have a lovely springtime. ❤
Greetings from Norway and happy anniversary! 🎉 I love your Rota top - you looked amazing with it worn over the white shirt. The top immediately jumped to the top of my to knit list (the longest list ever known to woman… 😂)! 🤩
Hello! I hope you make the Rota and love it! Thank you so much for watching!❤
Thanks for another great episode, Becky! I’m sorry to hear you and your family got COVID, it also recently got me and it was horrible. Glad to hear you’re doing better! I laughed out loud when you talked about the Irene Lin top, “I just kind of pet myself when I wear it” 😂 I can relate, I like to pet my tessellated vest, it’s so soft 😌
Happy one year anniversary!
Thank you so much, Maria! I really appreciate you taking the time to watch and comment. And I bet your Tessellated is so soft!!
You make me giggle outloud while waiting in my car! I really do look forward to your podcasts. Congratulations on a year❤
😂Thank you, Allison!❤
Sorry you had such a challenging month, Becky! Sometimes we think: "what next??!" I enjoy your podcast so much! The shawl will be beautiful!
Thank you so much, Helen. ❤
You crack me up! I love all of your painting inspirations--very cool! I'm currently working on a fluffy little cowl made out of Lang Cloud Tweed and it's delightful. I love your videos!
Your cowl does sound heavenly! Thank you so much for watching, Caitlin!❤
Thank you for sharing all your good work and your good mood ! It is pleasant to watch your podcast. I am currently working on the pearl pointe from drops design.
Thank you so much for watching, Danielle! And thank you for telling me what you’re working on! I love hearing about it. I’m going to go look that pattern up. ❤
Congratulations! Love your podcast. It always brings a smile.
Thank you so much! 😊 🧶💗
You are so funny and fun to watch. I’m knitting black and orange striped socks, for my Halloween costume. I’ll dress as a witch,
Thank you so much for watching! 💗🧶
I look so forward to your show. You’re always so cheerful and fun to watch! Also I enjoy that you’re located in a warmer climate. I live in Texas and while I watch tons of people in cold climates, and am jealous of all the cozy things they knit, it’s not realistic for me when my winter is very mild! I’m knitting the Campus Vest right and it’s my first time making something like that. What could go wrong lol! Sorry about your Covid. I’ve had it six times. At this point it’s just like another cold to me.
I really like the campus vest. I’m sure yours will turn out great! Thanks for watching. Gia!❤
Hi Becky, I look forward to your podcasts. Congratulations on one year!
I often sew garments a size larger than I need too. I’m working on that.
I’m knitting the Stella Quilt blanket as a baby gift.
Hey, Heather! I love the Stella blanket and cushion patterns. Been thinking about starting a scrappy one. Thank you so much for watching! ❤
Thanks for taking the time to podcast, you have a great sense of humour and always make me laugh!
I too have been doing a little dressmaking, which has been a nice change from knitting. I like the linen fabric in your outfit, it looks very cool and comfortable and definitely depicts your chosen Van Gogh painting.
I live outside the USA so would love a chance to win the pattern option.
Take care

Thank you for taking the time to watch and comment, Carole❤ New handmade dresses are so special. That’s lovely to hear.❤
Congratulations on one year🎉 Definitely one of my most favourite podcasts.
Way to go …one year🎉 always enjoy watching your podcast!
Thank you so much, Cheryl!💗
Thank you, Cindy!
So happy when I see your podcast come up I am guaranteed a smile xx I made the cropped version of the rota sweater in white drops belle for my daughter and she loves it, I intend to knit a longer one for myself the pattern is written so well xx I live in the UK and have so many patterns in my queue it would be lovely to receive a pattern if I was lucky enough to be picked xx Thank you xx
Thank you so much, Marcelle! Your daughter is a lucky girl to have a Rota sweater handmade by mama.❤ Thank you for watching❤
Wow! Seems you’ve had a big bump in the road. So glad to see that you are much better and still have your awesome sense of humor.💕
Thank you, Danielle!🧶💗
Love your podcast! Thank you so much❤ Hope you get well soon.
I am knitting a Stockholm sweater in dark blue and a Tessalated pullover 😊
Thank you! And I love your classy knitting projects. I need a Stockholm sweater in my life. ❤
What a bummer about COVID and your toe, but you have the best attitude and humor about it all! Heal quickly! You are my favorite knitting podcast on UA-cam so far (and I watch a lot!!). I'm working on Maize fingerless gloves by Tin Can Knits and a DYLAN high neck pullover for my son while I wait for yarn to arrive from Europe for personal fall knits 😄 it could be a while, haha!!
That is such a compliment, Cici. Thank you. I’m very touched.❤ Also, your son is a lucky fellow. A hand knit sweater is the best gift, so much love in it. Thanks for telling me what you’re working on. I love to hear about it. ❤
Happy Podiversary! Sorry to hear about your challenging month! So glad we have knitting! Happy Creating!
Thank you so much, Angela. ❤
Thank you so much for amazing inspiration and congratulation with the 1 year podaversary 🎁🎂💐 you always make me smile it is such a joy to follow your craft journey.. 🥰
Thank you so much, Randi!!❤
Happy 1 year anniversary of your podcast! I love watching you and think you’re not only an inspiring & great knitter/crafter, but also so funny and I look to your new episodes! So sorry about Covid and your big toe, ouchie 😔 I’m working on the sheep camp sweater, so happy for #sweaterweather in New England ❤
Hi, Danielle! Thank you so much for your sweet comment.❤ The Sheep Camp is such a cute sweater! If you use Ravelry or Instagram, post a pic because I would love to see it. ❤
Happy podversary! I need my cable needle as well 😊 I’ve been watching your podcast since the start and I just want to tell you how enjoyable and refreshing it is! I had Covid for the first time last Autumn and it was brutal. Wowsers. Not your average cold/flu, that’s for sure! Your toe ordeal sounds so painful. Take care and sending you some healthy vibes! ❤
Thank you so much for your support of this little channel. I really means a lot to me. 💗
You are so freakin funny! Even at only 65% 🤪🤣 Congrats on the podiversary! 💖
😂Thanks, Maureen. ❤
Love the top! Inspiring me to get out my sewing machine. Sorry about your Covid and big toe! Hoping for a speedy recovery. I too am trying my best to knit from my cupboard…currently finishing up a Luminous Summer tee. Only a few rows left! Temps are finally dropping here in Texas and I am spending the morning knitting on the balcony while watching your podcast. ❤
Thanks for spending time with me, Amber.❤ Exciting that you’re almost finished with your project. I’d love to see it. And being able to knit outside is something I’m looking forward to this fall. Your morning sounded lovely. ❤
Have a lot of laughs watching your podcast. I also love Van Gogh. Last year I traveled to Arles and also Saints-Maries-de-la-Mer where he visited in France. You would love it. Hope you recover quickly and continue your fun and informative podcast.
What a wonderful trip, Cyndie! That sounds amazing. Thank you so much for watching my little channel. ❤
Congratulations on 1 year! I'm so glad you decided to podcast because I really love everything about it! So sorry you had such a difficult month! Romancing the Stone! I love ALL of the movies with Kathleen Turner, Michael Douglas and Danny DeVito - so good, War of the Roses is my absolute favorite lol. I have several things on the needles but one thing I'm enjoying right now is Summer Lee's colorwork cuff club socks. I've never finished an entire pair of socks but I'm determined! :)
Hiya Kim! Thank you so much! I really appreciate your kindness and support of my little channel. Summer Lee has the best sock patterns. I’m sure your socks are going to be awesome.
Happy Anniversary! You are too cute to watch! Love everything you make. I am finally working on a Pengweeno for my 2 year old son. I think it'll be soooo cute! Looking forward to your next video.
Thank you so much, Alison!! Please let me know if you post a pic your the Pengweeno! I’m want to see it so bad!
Always enjoy your podcast - all the escapades you get into! I'm sorry to hear about your toe - ouch!!! You've been lucky to escape the "Rona" for as long as you have! I'm just getting over my third time - ugghh! Enjoy your September 🌻🍁
Oh, man, Tami! I cannot imagine getting this three times! It has been rough. But, feeling much better this week. Thank you so much for your kindness and support of this channel. I hope you’re well and the knitting mojo is strong. 😂❤
Always fun. I’m from Maine.
Hi, Linda! Thank you for watching. Maine is a beautiful state. ❤
Hello from Canada! I've been following since day one and love seeing what you make as well as your color inspo!
Thank you for your support of this little channel. It means a lot to me. ❤
Congratulations on 1 year. I really enjoy watching your videos.currently making a c2c Tunisian crochet baby blanket and a musselburgh hat.
Thank you so much! I think Tunisian crochet is just beautiful! Thank you for watching and telling me what you’re working on. ❤
So sorry to hear about your toe - ouch!!! I've been watching you since the beginning and love your episodes - especially how you find color inspiration.
I use a sock size chain row counter from Twice Sheared Sheep. It's a great tool and I'm always working on socks.
Thank you so much for your support of this little channel, Karen.❤ I’m happy to hear you like that row counter! You make me want to find my sock project bag. My most patient work in progress. 😂 Take care. ❤
Sorry about covid and your toe!! That's no joke. Anyway, thanks for the amiable podcast and showing the beautiful FO's. Was working on my Rad Radish socks while watching/listening. Even though it's slow progress and imperfect colorwork, these socks are giving me immense joy!
Hi, Leslie! I have and love that sock pattern! I haven’t knit it yet. I have dreams of using that chart in a pullover yoke. Thank you so much for watching. ❤
Hi Becky. I LOVE your podcast. You always make me laugh! I’m knitting a few ??? pair of socks ( down the rabbit hole🤣), the Pressed Flowers Cowl, and several other items. I can identify with cutting out larger sizes. I seem to also do this with knitting patterns. I’m always worried that things will be too small. That’s why socks work SO well! I’d love to win a pattern.
Hi Marilyn! Thank you so much for watching! I love the Pressed Flowers patterns. I’ve knit a hat and a cowl. I would love to knit the cardigan. Take care.💗
So sorry about your foot! That sounds like it was painful . Thank you for sharing your situation with being on a budget. We don't hear about this reality in most of our lives on podcasts very often. I am in a similar spot being careful about what I buy. Hearing others talk about being on a budget is helpful and reminds me most of us can't afford to drop hundreds of dollars on yarn.
Hey, Sarah! I really appreciated your comment and it’s so true. Thank you so much for watching and supporting my little channel.💗
So sorry to hear of your injury! And catching Covid, of course. Quite a month you have had! Love your use of art for color inspo, your energy and attitude, so always happy to see your episodes pop up in my feed. I am using up the last of my NYSW purchases from last year, so that I can feel OK about more shopping at Rhinebeck this year. It is Harrisville Designs Shetland combined with some Purl Soho Good Wool (also one of my favorites) for CC in time of Jenn Steingass’s Norwood Sweater. Hope you get some sponsored Purl Soho Yarn! 😊 Also, later today I will cast on the Frame Your Face Cowl to join in the Mosaic Mayhem. All stash yarn too, so with you in spirit.
Your projects sound beautiful, Heidi! Thank you so much for watching.💗
I’m so happy to see you! I love your podcast so much!!! I’m in Atlanta, GA and would like to be considered for a prize. I love your color choices and hope you feel all better real soon! ❤ Cathy
Thank you do much, Cathy!❤
Your Rota Top is fabulous! The color is beautiful and your knitting is impeccable. It’s on my list to knit, and it just moved up in the queue. I’m finishing up a Stockholm Slipover and anxiously awaiting the release of the Metropolitan Pullover by Tori Yu, my next cast-on.
Thank you so much, Cathy! You’ve got some super classy knits on the needles and planned. You can never go wrong with those. Thank you for spending some of your time with me. And thanks for telling me what you’re working on! I really love to hear it. ❤
I love how you use your humor for pushing thru harder times but I also hope you have some time to just be angry and sad because the way health care is business in US really sucks. I'm knitting mahonia cardigan by Macimille and it is my first time doing a testknit so I'm both excited and anxious. Congratulations again on your anniversary! Dorota
Thank you, Dorota! I’m sure you’re going to do an amazing job on your test knit. When and if you post a picture of it, let me know because I would love to see it. 🧶💗
Throughly enjoy your podcast! I am down in South Africa 🇿🇦 and would love to be in line to win the free pattern ❤
Hi, Wendy! I’ll put your name in for the pattern. Thank you so much for watching! I hope you have a lovely Spring.
