Maybe its just me but I actually think both yb and jy are in love with each other already. They got off on the wrong foot and he is not the best to show his feelings, but I think they can talk to one other on a deeper level than her and seon woo. The handsome tsundere detective Moon in the last few episodes--- finally shows his feelings to Bong.heck! in previous episodes, his actions/body language was telling what he felt about her without words. Pretty vet is not exactly indifferent with him for real--- despite their previous bickering in the past episodes(honestly, most of the time to mask their attraction for one another). Last episode /series finale was them on their way to officially start their romance. ❤ I wouldn't mind for a season 2 of them together.😀 I thoroughly enjoyed this Kdrama. A comedy/drama/supernatural/ thriller done so well.with such a hilarious yet refreshing concept( memory psychic ability by touching the buttocks). Han Ji Min and Lee Min-Ki said they truly enjoyed doing this drama . and the cast developed such wonderful camaraderie offscreen.
Seon woo and Yebon shared similar experiences of losing mothers in close friendship and same cause. They shared a tender relationship that is irreplaceable by the detectives. The death of Seon woo is too abrupt and it leaves no space for clarifying misunderstanding and further development of healthy relationship amongst all characters. This outcome seems to reflect a worldview that is dark and bitter behind the seemingly humorous appearance.
I personally think the similar experiences of Seon Woo and Yebon make them great friends, not necessarily lovers. As for the relationship between Yebon and the Detective, it is more natural and organic without being unrealistic. They depend on each other and before Seon Woo's death, trusted each other. All that you need something in common is honestly a little overrated.
I also feel like, if she ended up SW and if she ended up with JY, it would be two different types of relationship dynamics. I think it would've been natural for her to be with JY even though, initially, it would seem that SW is the obvious option.
