Does anybody have trouble with their ankles with this trick I mean I haven't broke mine but like I sprained it a bunch doing it both of them by God I got them now
@shadow/ subrosa late reply but hang ten is when you dangle both feet. I've seen one foot hanging and one foot on the pedal being called differently - pedal hang five, pro five..
they probably run em loose like i do, my chain takes so much tension from my leg strength and high single gear ratio that if even tight with a small bit of slack will still make the chain creak and thats an indicator of unnecessary strees on the chain which results very quickly in me tearing my chains at one of the links, which can be a pain in the ass, so i simply run them loose and use barwrap on my frame to keep the chain from hitting it and making noise and getting damage to chain and frame. long explanation that really probably only fits my situation but maybe these guys follow the same precaution.
Their going on about how jumping off safely is more important than scratching your bike when he isnt even wearing a helmet
No need to worry about a helmet when doing this if you can already jump off safely.
Dude, I went over my handlebars trying this the other day. You never really know if you can jump off safely.

Why does every rider in riders videos have loose ass chains
