I wanted to search for Cesur ve Guzel but cannot find the right channel with english subtitles. It is the usual mess with short recaps...do you know in which one can you see full episodes?

Life is so short stop holding grudges and resentment when u could spend it in love & kindness . I felt every emotion every pain every smile to my heart with them . Never lose your Love & kindness. As an American I turned on this series not thinking much about it but then before you knew it I was hooked and I could not stop watching. I think this is one of the best written shows that I've come across in a very long time and all the actors were magnificent

I read that Murat got a job offer and that's why he left the show.
It something without sense they never brought Murat in a moment like that it's very beautiful soap but with one son missing it's lost some of the pleasure

Since I started watching international shows with the series " Resurrection" I came across the name "Ozcan Deniz" posting on facebook. I started researching this character and I have to say, my first impression of him after watching "Water & Fire" really moved me. Then the "Second Chance" and now this "Pride Of Istanbul." Never have I ever watched any love stories or series like these here in the USA with the best characters and well performed actors who delivered their parts so well. this story really hit hard to the heart. I have never cried and laughed so hard the way I did with this story and basing on true story. I was so addicted that I could not put down my Ipad which kept me up all night this story is extremely addicted. The characters really know their audience to set everyone in their feet. This story also reflects the reality of life we live in. Alot of lesson learned and open eyes to see, ears to hear their messages, our minds to understanding the real messages behind this story and our hearts to understands the most important things in life and let go of all unnecessary things that weighs wasted time and losing important people we love. Now Im watching more of Ozcan Deniz stories. The best story with the best actors I ever seen. Thank you for the subtitles they really help. God Bless
This is the best series I have ever seen, a wonderful family saga with a great story and lessons of love, morality,and the importance of family .Bravo to the producers and the talented artists who act so well.🇨🇦🇨🇦
Sad sad ending 😞 😢 😔 💔💔💔 her family started growing, her boys married, grandchildren, and this sickness took it away too soon! OMG I'm crying hard feeling sad the series is coming to an end...great CAST you all did well! This series should go for an OSCAR !!! Well done to the ISTANBUL BRIDES 👰♀
Lerome we almost started this serie at the same time for sure it was one of the best.serie full of love ,funny anger , emotions ,patience but above all forgiveness
I couldn't believe, I was filled with so much sadness, tears flowing through my cheeks, I know it's just a movie, but my emotions got the upper hand, I'm also so upset and heartbroken that Murat didn't come to his mom's funeral. Queen Esma, rest in peace.
If only adem and his therapist scene didn’t take up this whole episode.

He had to be strong for the whole family which is why he was alone even in his grief. He couldn't cry in front of his family ig 😭 I loved faruk's bond with Esma the most out of everybody. All the flashbacks etc. They are so beautiful and heartwarming. Even today while earning for his mom he had to suppress his voice.

One thing that this series failed in,is that how can a child not travel to witness his mother's burial let alone throughout her sickness no show of Handsome Murray.

Really enjoyed watching this serial as it wasn’t like the usual run of the mill, the emotions, feelings and then accepting and moving forward rather holding grudges. Hats off to all the actors for making it a wonderful series to watch and felt real like Bizim Hayke.

The 3 brothers in grief clinging to each other was too emotional a scene. The director cld hv, with the extreme talent he/she has somehow got the 4th son Murat&Bade too to be around. However..this is just awesome!

This show and Esma’s passing tore me up. tears flowing. Wow what an epic story full of love, struggle and the importance of family. I have a sister that really struggles with health/mental issues. I had to cut her out of my life since it always felt like such a huge drain to me. If only I could let her in alittle….. only god knows.

It makes it easier to set some conditions (because you're not just making it up yourself, you're being guided by a professional) and the person won't feel so put off that you are dictating so much of how they can contact/interact with you.
@@nicn9776 thanks Nic. In the past we have had therapy together. In fact we have tried many things over the years but I just got compassion burn out. I would like to revisit having a monthly dinner in the near future but in the past what ever I did was never enough and always escalated into really unhealthy expectations and demands that no person could meet. So I am taking a break and helping her from time to time with food until I feel comfortable enough to have physical contact once again. Thanks for you support. Having a person in your family that is not only mentally ill but also has chronic health issues can be really tough!
Same here I had to cut her out she was too toxic. Such a shame cuz I still love and miss her at times.

Another thing I wanna mention was, it was sad at the end that she could only remember Garip. Her husband feriz also loved her , gave her 4 sons and added value to her life. Her children were there for her, respected and loved her so much. But Garip was her ex, a young love which disappeared when she got married to Feviz. Garip came back to take revenge from her with Adem, but ended up being the most lovable person in Esma's life. Sad she couldn't remember her children the maids the daughter in laws and the grandkids but only Garip at the end. And just to remind that, She became ill bc Adem took the mansion from Esma. Esma's first Alzheimer' started when she thought that mansion was still her's ended up sleepin in that room. But Adem became the best character at the end. I was happy to see them United as family. @Daniels-hn8zl I agree that Fevzi gave her 4 sons but she was always in love with Garip even though her parents did not approve of him. She followed her parents wishes and married the person they wanted but it wasn’t the same , plus, her husband had cheated on her with Adem’s mom, but she knew that Garip was the one she could always depend on. It shows how our brains work, Garip’s love was imprinted on her brain, so,despite her illness, she could never forget him even though she had been married to someone else for a while.
The whole city broke down due to easma death, hooooo, they loved her unconditionally

The Resurrection of Ertugrul was the first and best I've ever watched right along with this one. It's on you tube and Netflix but Netflix is better if you have it. It's set back around the 11th Century about a close family and friends. The fight scenes are the best Choreographed I have ever seen especially Turgut with his axe and he is simply gorgeous along with Ertugrul. Hope you watch it 😊😊

I watched the Turkish version first and it did end totally different. Still sad when Esma died. Murat did come back before Esma died in that version.

I just can’t believe how MURAT was LEFT OUT and didn’t attend mom’s wedding, Faruk in the hospital and his mom’s DEATH!!! I feel the directors left him out of too many vital parts of the story and even Buruc (his wife) could have been at the end!!!! That was my only disappointment - other than that hoochie chick who Faruk had the affair with not being totally exposed!!!! AND I was hoping Sureyah would have gotten pregnant again!!!!!
Agree with you. I heard the actor left the series. I was hoping for another child for S and F, too. But maybe she couldn't get pregnant again since both were high risk. The red haired Yaz is throwing me off a bit.
Murat was married to Bade. Osman was engaged to Burch. I do agree they left him out if too many parts. They really should’ve replaced the actor.

Murat and Bade they broke their Contract Clauses. As for Burcu daughter of Garip and Siren, she didn't love Osmann. She's in America and just had a baby shortly after Garip demise. 12th October 2023

Someone put up the Comment, that they're in a relationship during filming, and it was one of the clauses. And both got written out Bride of Istanbul.
Many Actresses and Actor's met during filming. So I don't understand Turkish Film Industry rules and what not.
Seemingly in the first season Faruk and Sureya were dating, then he met a younger Actress. Got married to her when she was 7 month's pregnant. Later they got divorced during season 2. Now Faruk is married for a third time to a Persian Actress and Model 25 year's younger than himself.
Murat and Bade are dismissed don't make sense to me.

Today's episode was again a very emotional one and the ending was super awesome with Faruk's Sous 👨🍳 🍳 pitter patter around and ofcourse the lovely Music that ended the episode. Wow!! Mind-blowing and a Class apart!!!! Feeling terribly sad this series is ending. Loved watching....fm the 🇦🇪 🇦🇪 🇦🇪
