It's beautiful to watch you cooking bec not only the recipes are achievable but also you give suggestions and tips how to make it with a twist. Aside from that, the family is around that itbfeels homey and we are with you in the kitchen. It's not a show but we are with you in your kitchen. Love it. I love your cooking show, Judy Ann. I started watching a few weeks ago and you cheer me up every time. You mentioned shirataki noodles in this episode. Shirataki noodles are made from the konjac yam (konnyaku in Japanese). Konnyaku comes in different forms in Japanese food and I love its texture.

I remember my late Lolas smashing shrimp head using "dikdikan" mortar and pestle. They were using the juice of the shrimp for sauteeing veggies
