Forgot to mention that the family divorced each other and the brother tried stealing money from yusaku, but ultimately yusaku called the police and he was sentenced to 35 years in prison, while his parents also suffered the same fate as him.

That is actually a pretty good ending, but I also want to add some things to it as well, namely, Yusaku got in touch with his childhood friend, whom he had not seen since he graduated from his high/upper secondary school days, who was named Midori, and they began to reconnect and, without Waru, Yusaku's older brother in the picture, Midori and Yusaku eventually went from childhood friends to lovers to husband and wife, as Waru kept trying to sabotage any and all friendships, and potential love interests, that Yusaku could have had in his life. Thankfully, Midori's parents, Kenta and Kanon, were also financially loaded, as well as were planning on reuniting their daughter with the man that she had always loved, even when the two of them were children, and the two lovebirds got to live out their dreams together in their lives.
Yusaku also got in touch with his old classmates, including the ones that he had in his high/upper secondary school days, and they also got invited to the wedding, while absolutely no invitations got sent to his parents, his brother, or any of his evil extended family members. He also keeps in touch with his old childhood friends, as well as his fellow university, and medical school, classmates, and he works with them all now at Moroboshi General Hospital.
Meanwhile, Moroboshi eventually got back absolutely EVERYTHING that Daichi, Yusaku's grandpa, and Chie, Yusaku's grandma, had, and now every single member of his family, including Waru, as well as his parents, Waruzashi, and Waruka, is banned from all of the properties that Yusaku and Midori now own once again, as there was a clause in Yusaku's grandpa's will that, if any of his family tried any funny business with their inheritance, that they would be disowned, as well as forced to pay back the inheritance, and especially if they mistreated Yusaku, so that meant that everything that the other family members had from the inheritance now rightly goes to Yusaku and, by extension, Midori, and the little bun that is in the oven, so now they have a nice place to live, and lots of opportunities in their lives.
Finally, Yusaku did, in fact, find a cure for dementia, and, as it turned out, it was actually a genetic quirk that had caused the symptoms of dementia, and, by extension, Alzheimer's Disease, and other memory issues, so it was simply a matter of periodically causing new electrical impulses to be formed as old ones were renovated, expanded, and restored, not unlike a neural equivalent of a highway expansion, widening, restoration, and renovation project, and it turned out that it had worked, and all that it needed was merely some electrical impulses that were tuned into certain areas of the brain that were affected by the dementia, as well as other things, and so, by essentially reprogramming, as well as rebooting, parts of the brain, they were able to fix all of these problems overnight, as well as took out the foreign agents that were causing the mental issues in the first place. Also, Yusaku and Midori got Yusaku's grandpa's and grandma's old mansion back, but they also expanded on it, and got some hired help as well. The two of them also expanded the real estate that they owned, and then got even more of it to get some new mental health facilities to be built specifically to combat dementia, as well as other related mental disorders, with expansions to treat other mental issues in their lives, including some that certain groups of people sometimes do not want fixed, but those people that did not want the things to get fixed ended up being involuntarily committed to them, as they seemed to pose a threat to the stability of themselves, as well as others, and also to society as a whole. Yusaku's whole family is now in prison, and they all will most likely d
      i
e there for their misdeeds to Yusaku and Midori.

Hey, @lvwen6, thanks for improving your writing skills, even though it was a short sentence from you. I expect longer, as well as better, from you if you plan on being a writer of some sort one day in your life. Is that a dream of yours, out of curiosity? You can feel free to answer me directly.

It's a good thing that his Grandpa gave it to him from one of of his valuable item like watch that was so expensive and a gift from Mr. Moroboshi. Yusaku is a lucky guy, atleast his dream to become a doctor finally came true because of his hardwork and compassion like helping patients with dementia. His late grandpa and Mr. Moroboshi help him to be a success doctor. Meanwhile his toxic family gets karma and what they did is a wrong move that they trying to sue Mr. Moroboshi. Love this story btw.

Dementia, as well as Alzheimer's Disease, happened to a few members of my family. I have seen what it does to people, and it is very sad, and the worst part is being completely helpless to stop it from happening to them in their lives.

Wish they would find a cure for Dementia today; one does not know how "hard" is on family members that are taking care of those who have this.
Sadly, my mother started to have this happen to her, first forgetting my Birthdays, not knowing what day it was, paying Bills and etc.
I was at my 40th High School reunion back in October when I ran into an old friend of mine, and he told what he was going through I went through many years before him.
He told me that even with an older Brother and Sister that you would think that they help, they didn't and left him to do it by himself. I could see all the Hurt he was going through like I did in his face. It hurt me...
The best advice I can pass on to you who going through this is: "Be MAD at the Disease that, NOT the person. It is the Disease that is hurting the ones we love and care about" is what I told him when we got to talking.
He gave me a BEAR Hug and started crying because he didn't know if anyone had gone through this pain until now...
    Pass this on to others.

As a person who lost a beloved grandparent (technically step grandparent) to Alzheimer’s I can confirm it is hard. Watching a loved one slip away due to dementia, any form of it, is hard. Which is why Yusaku’s goal of finding a way to reverse dementia is so heartwarming. There are so many questions I wish I had asked my grandma before she developed Alzheimer’s about her childhood and her dreams as a child. Hopefully one day a method to reverse dementia can be found and we can use it to give families who have loved one’s suffering from the effects comfort and relief.

I think this is a good reminder to us : having luxury assets is one thing, but maintaining it is another problem. I always seen this problem with people with mid income buying luxury cars, because luxury cars usually consume more fuel, and taxes are really gonna hurt their pocket. If you think you can have that kind of liability in your life, then feel free. If not, just stick to something more affordable.

It's genius that grandpa left him only a very expensive personal item that wasn't a car, as he knew Yusaku wouldn't have to pay taxes over a rare watch, and knew the mindless greed of his own son upon seeing the real estate. Grandpa was no fool even as his mind was deteriorating.
