Greece has huge debts and if Greece wants these debts to EU/Germany/US and if Greece wants these debts to be refinanced it has to fulfill some conditions of Germany and Usa: one of them is recognizing Kosovo
However, even if Greece recognizes Kosovo and lose the biggest friend and ally in Balkans they would lose ground for defending Cyprus. Moreover, Cyprus itself will never recognise Kosovo because it would annul Cyprus existence as greek country
How? If Cyprus recognizes Kosovo it would mean that they approve occupation of Kosovo by Nato and by that they approve occupation of Northern Cyprus by Turkey.
As we know, Nato is occupator in Kosovo, unlike serbs and albanians who are residents of Kosovo and who should stay in Kosovo regardless of final status.

2. Excellent relations with Serbia Serbia and Spain have traditionally good relations and these relations lately even improved. Relations lately became even friendship between the two nations.
Interestingly during 1990s abd 2000s Serbia lost it's traditional ally from both World wars and friend France. Relations are improving slowly again, Macron was recently in Serbia, French kfor prevented conquering Northern Mitrovica, Guyon helps serbs, however not nearly close as before.
On the other hand Serbia got another ally - Spain.
Romania does not recognize Kosovo because of outstanding relations and friendship with Serbian people. Romanians have famous saying:

The issue of Kosovo's independence is debatable. For centuries it was a Serbian land, but now more Albanians live there. Hello world, I see a lot of people yelling:"Kosovo is Serbia/Kosovo/Albania, but interesting thing is that no one know anything about it, so here is short history class for those who wants to leran more.
In the past Albania really wanted to create Great Albania( I mean evey country want to be big and strong) so they decided to start with Kosovo. They always wanted that, but no one really cared. So when Yugoslavia War started Albanians took chance to take Kosovo. Firstly a HUGE number of Albanians came to Kosovo. They made a lot of kids(youngest population is in the Kosovo) because they wanted to make population be with more Albanians. They also have a lot of money, cuz thay are making a lot of drugs and then they used that money to buy houses in Serbia(All of this is true). Meanwhile in war when Serbs weren't favorite country, Albanians started with story with of independent kosovo. Of course Serbs didn't liked that and Kosovo War started.
This part is important: America heard about that and had to chose a side. Serbia is good with Russia, so of course America will choose Albania even if USA didn't even know Serbia and Albania existed. Meanwhile USA had a lot of bombs that wanted to test. And Serbia looked like a nice country for that. But there was a problem...There was no reason for doing that. So USA with Albanians made a well known FAKE history about Kosovo and Albania. In that "history" Serbs were agressive people who attacked poor Albanians because they wanted to take KOSOVO form ALBANIA?!??. USA started bombing Serbia(with no reason). Even today everyday few people dies because of that radioactivity. Half milions innocent people including womans and kids died, again with NO REASON, only cuz USA wanted to test bombs. Serbia half destroyed made agreement wit USA and America even said this: Kosovo is Serbia, but evil Serbian army cant go on Kosovo.
It sound like Serbs won. In Kosovo war Serbs destroyed Albanians, but now it looks like Serbs politicly won too. Well no, America really hate Serbia(they "hate" just to have reason for bombing), and recognize Kosovo as country. USA said to NATO(All the europe) to be against Serbia. Now you have 2 options say no or OK to the most powerfull country in the world.
Thats why USA and Europe are agains Serbia. (Including a lot of other countries)
I would be worried if I am from Montenegro or N. Macedonia. Albania will swallow you whole like they did with Kosovo. Just wait for it.

In Kosovo War Serbs send army on Kosovo just to calm situation, it wasn't attack on Albania. Albania wanted to Kosovo become independent so Serbian army came just to calm situation, there was no victims. When Serbian army came Albanians started leaving Kosovo in huge number. It was all part of their plan. They made with USA fake history how Serbs are mean and agresive people who attacked Albanians on Kosovo, and how Albanians were attacked and had to leave their homes.(But it's not true, it's like I said fake history that made USA and Albania.) America had radioactive bombs to test, Serbia is good with Russia and Albania faked attack... everything was perfect for USA. They got reason to attack Serbia JUST TO TEST BOMBS. And Kosovo war started, but not only on Kosovo. The whole Europe took part in attacking and bombing Serbia just because USA told them.(of courese this is war and Serba like every other nation took part in killing and attacing) A lot of pilots regret theirs attacks on Serbia because they saw later there was no reason for that.
You told how Serbia always attacks Albania. That's interesting to say, cuz i was researching about victims and attacks. In fact every week Albanian kills Serb. You have premision of USA to do that. But if Serb just Attack Albanian, USA will instantly say to world how Serbia attacked again. But it's not intersting because of that, it's interesting because EVERYDAY Albanians on Kosovo attacks Serbs on Kosovo. They are destroyng their monasterys, churches, factories and the worst you are killing them and they can't do anything about that.
Again, I don't say you are lying, I just think you are misinformed. I don't hate anyone, just injustice. I really hope one day real truth and real history will shine. I really hope one day world will understand this injustice and give Serbs another chance they deserve.
