I have been looking for this song for 10 years because I could not remember who sang it or even the name of it. All I could remember the line "That's the story of love". In 2000, we used this as part of our Christmas play. 21 years ago was a long time. But just tonight I found it.
IMHO, this was one of the very best (and very underrated) quartets of the last few decades. With Mike Franklin's superb, clear tenor, Jonathan Sawries's srtong lead and the great Gerald Williams as bass, no traditional southern gospel quartet could surpass them for harmony blend and a sincere, feeling of gospel ministry.
My favorite of all their songs
