You know I’m salivating over here. At first glance I was a little suspicious for the same reasons as you but after Beckett, now I can’t wait until you get it certified. Miggy rc for $8 was awesome too but you know where my excitement lies!

I have to say that 2000 Topps Traded Set is a Very Nice Hidden Gem!! Michael Young, Miguel Cabrerra are the Extremely Nice Rookie Cards amongst others. As for your former fav player Aaron Sele, he indeed played for My Mariners and was a helluva incredible pitcher!! He had double digit wins in 2000 & 2001 *16 Wins in 2000 (A.L. All-Star Mariners Representative ... 2001 best stastical season 15-5 record! It was a 2 year stint for 15 million dollars he helped us clinch wild card spot in 2000! Aaron Sele is also from The Pacific Northwest. He was a solid pitcher back in Our hayday!!

Unpopular opinion: ever since Operation Bullpen, I've been leery of signed sports memorabilia (graded / not graded) unless I witness it myself. Also, similar to chiropractors and lie detectors, I think signature authentication is a pseudo science.

the more I pay, the less I think it's authentic. (there can't be a crime syndicate faking Eddie Murray and Eddie Matthews autographed balls and selling them for $5 at flea markets)

That 8.00 Miggy rookie is insane.... and 50.00 bucks for a possible Mantle rookie, its one of those things, if its real, its more than worth it, if its not, eh took a shot.

I have this willie mays 1972 in action card signed, I'm not sure if it's real, but i got for $3, I think it could be real, but im not 100%. Net54 seemed to believe it was real, so that's cool!

congrats on the mantle being real. and not getting shorted the Miggy I have mantle and Jordan 8x10s that I've had since I was a kid that I'm scared to death to have looked at. On one hand I want to know they are real but on the other I doubt Id ever sell them anyway and it would crush me to find out they are fake. The Jordan has a coa from some shop in Atlanta and the Mantle I got at a show and the old dude that sold it to me swore he had it signed in person in the early 90s at a show. Not exactly trustworthy sources, unfotunately.
The auto looks good to me. Sometimes players sign off center because other players are supposed to sign the ball. Like say Ted Williams would sign on the spot above him. Do Psa/dna quick opinion before you send it out so you can get a better feel of the chances of getting it certified. If Beckett and Psa say it’s good I would send it in. If it’s a 50/50 chance then I probably wouldn’t.
Nice haul. I hope that Mantle signed ball gets certified as real. I've seen tons of fake Mantle signed stuff. You have to be cautious with Mantle signed stuff.
Exactly, i believe there was a documentary regarding it and the people were eventually caught. 100's of thousands of fake autos of various players were being sold as authentic.

I hope the Mantle ball grades as a real autograph. I bought one 10-15 years ago out of a pawn shop for under a $100 - sent it to PSA and they said it was fake. Commence sad violin.
Sorry to hear about that. It’s a definite gamble anytime buying a Mantle auto with no COA. I don’t gamble too much, so I figured, what the hell.

the mantle is fake. authenticators have verified a ton of his fake stuff. they do it because it means more money for them
You don't know or people would be paying you to be an authenticator.
Not to mention, the company still gets paid whether or not the auto is real. Doesn’t make sense for them just to slap COA’s on a bunch of fake autos. A company would lose their reputation and go under overnight.
