CNC Electric tube coiling technology
T&T Tubecraft’s continued investment with the latest bending technology has seen us recently take delivery of a custom built CNC Electric Coiling machine, for production of helical and pancake coils for our customers that are involved in the Brewing, Dairy, Chemical, Electrical and Process engineering industries.
This latest acquisition replaces our old coiling technology and gives us greater accuracy and repeatability of our coiled products. The Coil pitch can now be maintained more accurately and consistently than we have previously been able to offer. The machine can also produce heat exchanger coils with variable pitch between coil turns.
Multiple layer coils with CW or CCW rotation can be formed to customer’s specific requirements. Coils can be produced in all materials, whether you require 1 off prototyping or larger volume coil production our technical engineers will happily take a look at your requirements for you.

Are the tubing roller dies on an angle to adjust coiling pitch? Or are they always on an axis parallel to the take-up spool?
