Honestly,I think it is also bonkers to spend money on a frivolous few hours. Just think of the vacation you could take your family on for the same amount. I have been looking at used trucks and was hoping to spend about $4000. So I think the whole world is just crazy to spend such crazy amounts of money on a concert ticket. If you feel like being risky, when TS was in Seattle, my friend went and hung out in the parking lot. She purchased tickets once the opener had started. They drastically went down in price after the show started. And she didn’t miss Taylor at all.

usually when I'm sad or feeling down I put on building bridges with Optimus Prime - sleep story | Peter Cullen. mainly cause 1 I love Peter Cullen he's so amazingly talented as a voice actor and a really nice guy, so is Frank Welker their amazing voice actors. and 2 hearing Optimus (ie Peter Cullen) and hearing him say your strong and kind and all these things really helps. songs, I just put on the Hamster Dance or a Helluva Boss or Hazbin Hotel song playlist (don't play those around the kids they are waaaaaaay too young for those shows) to lift my spirits some.

Eras tour tickets idea - look at the cheapest ticket with the positions you would like no matter where in the world it is. For the flights there and the hotel, it may easily be cheaper then in the city nearby and you could make a small vacay out of it. Look at the Europe concerts and also maybe do a show or two yourself around the Eras concert you would attend, to make the money. You would do fine in France, Germany or Poland for sure because we like your humour and there are a lot people from all over the world living here and having English as a common language but not a lot of events in English to attend.

I went in November and around jun/July when I bought the tickets, started working extra and selling homemade cookies and doing whatever I could to get enough money to go and have a good time. Hi Colleen, (sorry this is a long comment) I heard that some people wait to buy tickets the day of the concert even up to the very last minute and they get reasonably priced tickets. Because some people bought tickets to price gouge and when they don’t sell by show day they drop them to a reasonable price to make at least their money back. I know it’s a gamble because she isn’t going to be in your city so you would have to travel without a guarantee if you’ll get the tickets. But I work at the local football stadium part time here in Detroit and worked both the concerts and I heard a few people say they bought tickets like an hour before the concert. The show is definitely an experience. The energy of the crowd is electric. Swifties literally had Ford Field rumbling. It was great! My personal opinion: Treat yourself. Buy the tickets regardless. You survived a year that most people wouldn’t have been able to. You deserve the joy the concert will bring you. I saw someone else suggest making more vlogs to offset the cost. As a busy mama not sure if it’s realistic to do that but if it is then girl math the tickets would be free 🤷🏾♀️😂 you could have little mini vlogs of you teaching us things about rocks, music, etc. you could do mini vlogs of vault footage, just tortilla talks heck even start a new one called chicken chat and answer questions out by the chicken coop. People love to see the chickens lol We’ll watch it trust me lol seriously life kinda sucks, everything is expensive, the world is on fire and you talking about your rocks and love for Taylor Swift with such joy and passion gives some of us a few minutes of simplicity to keep us sane to tactical this insane world 😊😂 . Colleen! I went to the eras tour in july 2023-- i had inexpensive seats up in the nosebleeds (but had a good view of the stage). If you want to go I highly recommend finding a cheapER seat where you can see but are high up. The floor seats dont allow you to see the stage (or her) anyway which is where a lot of her show puts in a ton of production and effects. You'll want to see it all. I would 100% suggest you see the show, but you def dont need the floor or lower bowl

The ticket prices are actually insane!! I got lower level 11th row right across from the stage 2 tickets for less than $600 😭 But I mean if you have the money and it will make you happy, DO IT!! I had the chance to go to Reputation and some stuff came up so I gave my ticket away because I couldn’t travel and I regret it because I felt like I could’ve worked harder to make it happen so just go for it!! I’m of course grateful, I’ve been to Speak Now Tour, Red Tour, 1989, and Eras and they were all some of the best shows of my life. DO IT! BE HAPPY AND CREATE MEMORIES!
I think you should go to see Taylor in concert. I can’t afford it but if I could, even if it made me feel guilty spending that much, I would do it. It’s an experience. People spend $5k on vacations and it could be a mini vacation. Stay an extra day and see the sights. Up to you. But I think you will regret not going.

Yes the tickets are ridiculously expensive (quite shameful) but I don't believe you spend lavishly on other stuff. I don't think you're really into designer clothing, purses expensive cars, etc... so if you can swing the price, get the tickets. Hi Colleen, (sorry this is a long comment) I heard that some people wait to buy tickets the day of the concert even up to the very last minute and they get reasonably priced tickets. Because some people bought tickets to price gouge and when they don’t sell by show day they drop them to a reasonable price to make at least their money back. I know it’s a gamble because she isn’t going to be in your city so you would have to travel without a guarantee if you’ll get the tickets. But I work at the local football stadium part time here in Detroit and worked both the concerts and I heard a few people say they bought tickets like an hour before the concert. The show is definitely an experience. The energy of the crowd is electric. Swifties literally had Ford Field rumbling. It was great!
My personal opinion: Treat yourself. Buy the tickets regardless. You survived a year that most people wouldn’t have been able to. You deserve the joy the concert will bring you. I saw someone else suggest making more vlogs to offset the cost. As a busy mama not sure if it’s realistic to do that but if it is then girl math the tickets would be free 🤷🏾♀️😂 you could have little mini vlogs of you teaching us things about rocks, music, etc. you could do mini vlogs of vault footage, just tortilla talks heck even start a new one called chicken chat and answer questions out by the chicken coop. People love to see the chickens lol We’ll watch it trust me lol seriously life kinda sucks, everything is expensive, the world is on fire and you talking about your rocks and love for Taylor Swift with such joy and passion gives some of us a few minutes of simplicity to keep us sane to tactical this insane world 😊😂 . I hope you go to the concert ❤

Colleen! I went to the eras tour in july 2023-- i had inexpensive seats up in the nosebleeds (but had a good view of the stage). If you want to go I highly recommend finding a cheapER seat where you can see but are high up. The floor seats dont allow you to see the stage (or her) anyway which is where a lot of her show puts in a ton of production and effects. You'll want to see it all. I would 100% suggest you see the show, but you def dont need the floor or lower bowl
If you can afford the tickets... buy the tickets girl!

Usually the day of the show ticketmaster drops some extra tickets so if you're on vacation in Vancouver or wherever while she's there and are able to catch that ticket drop then unfortunately that's your best bet for getting reasonably priced tickets. Unless she adds new dates ofc.

The ticket prices are actually insane!! I got lower level 11th row right across from the stage 2 tickets for less than $600 😭 But I mean if you have the money and it will make you happy, DO IT!! I had the chance to go to Reputation and some stuff came up so I gave my ticket away because I couldn’t travel and I regret it because I felt like I could’ve worked harder to make it happen so just go for it!! I’m of course grateful, I’ve been to Speak Now Tour, Red Tour, 1989, and Eras and they were all some of the best shows of my life. DO IT! BE HAPPY AND CREATE MEMORIES!
I think you should go to see Taylor in concert. I can’t afford it but if I could, even if it made me feel guilty spending that much, I would do it. It’s an experience. People spend $5k on vacations and it could be a mini vacation. Stay an extra day and see the sights. Up to you. But I think you will regret not going.

Hey colleen. I have a real tear jerker song for you from the band jets to brazil...its called sea anemone. I have been so down and literally im not gonna lie , i ve wondered why I'm on this planet if you get my drift, and this song is an old school slow folky emo song that makes me cry every single time i hear it...please listen to it. Now tay tay is my current fave artist and her songs are amazing but i cant ever deny this songs power from 25 years ago....great lyrics like " take my name offf of the lease, you can even keep the name it never suited me" im tearing up thinking of it. As for the accents. I have a British accent, but have Americanized it. I live in US, But the British comes out. But one day I was just talking normal and someone said, “Are you from around here? 😅 Your accent. It gives it away. You from Europe or something?”

Tortilla Talk Information -I found out the name of those bar cookies you make that have rice crispies, butterscotch chips, chocolate in them - its Scotcheroos - The recipe I found combines the butterscotch and choco chips instead of how yours are layered but its the same recipe - apparently the same time that Rice crispie treats were invented this recipe came out at about the same time....anyway thought you would love to know the name of them...btw everything I have read about them says that they make rice crispie treats look like dog biscuits lmao

Yes the tickets are ridiculously expensive (quite shameful) but I don't believe you spend lavishly on other stuff. I don't think you're really into designer clothing, purses expensive cars, etc... so if you can swing the price, get the tickets. You obviously really want to go and it means a lot to you so why not treat yourself. Have a blast! ❤
Trust me colleen....BUY THE TICKETS. We were on the floor for reputation and it was the best experience ever. We have tickets for the eras tour in Dublin in the highest back corner and I'm excited just to be in the same room. DO IIIIITT!!
