I'll be honest with you I'm not sure how that window shows up lol. One day I updated my addons and that started showing up after keys. I'll have to look into the addon to see if I can figure out why it does that, it's new to me.
GothamNarrowUltra is the font. Fountain animation for abilities and criticals. Vertical up animation for miss/parry/dodge. Rainfall animation for auto attacks. Vertical down animation for criticals. Embiggen Crits (Scale 1.55). Text size 25, off target text size 15.

That weakaura is called 'Spell Reflect Essentials'
