Finally its time to launch my kayak again. I opted for an easy yet beautiful paddle in our amazing Grand harbour, full of history and surrounded by Forts and Fortifications. I opted to visit the 3 cities, Citta Vittoriosa in Maltese Birgu, Cospicua in Maltese Bormla and Citta Senglea in Maltese l-Isla. On the way I will show you Fort Saint Angelo , Dolphin Cave and other landmarks from the sea.

In the Kayak in the summer is great, the sea and the views are excellent. You cannot do treks in the summer, it will kill you, too much in that heat.

Lovely video, you get different views from the kayak that you dont normally see.
A few years back where you went onder the two bridges we had a nice meal in a restaurant in the corner under the fort, it was a nice experience.

I see all your videos trekking or kayaking and always looking forward for the next one. One thing, the audio needs improvement as at times we cannot understand anything. Keep it up.
First of all thanks, in the kayak audio is a big problem, as I cannot use external mics :(, but thanks for the advice and will try to make by best!

Kayaking there is on my Bucket List!
Several months ago I heard that skipping Breakfast you could lose several kg - I tried it and in just 2wks I actually lost 10kg, and then leveled out again. Skipping breakfast makes you fast for 12+hrs, depending on your bedtime of course. Eating much less sugar is also very good for you. It certainly stops the food cravings. 😊
