  • Raisin Bran Banana Bread
    Ingredients:
    1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 2 large bananas)
    1/2 cup vegetable oil
    1 cup sugar
    2 large eggs
    1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 cup Kellogg's Raisin Bran cereal
    Instructions:
    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a loaf pan.
    In a large bowl, mix together the mashed bananas, vegetable oil, sugar, and eggs until well combined.
    In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon.
    Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined.
    Fold in the Raisin Bran cereal.
    Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
    Bake for 45-60 minutes
    Allow the bread to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
