I’m so scared for the bio exam this Friday. I know the content and have been revising but i need to do more past papers and still need to cover topic B4.
for now id say focusing on past papers for paper 1 because B4 is in paper 2 right so you have more time to prepare that later in the half term

Talha, i know i can do it but the thing is sometimes my brain fails to believe that i can succeed highly. I want to do good though.
If you KNOW you can do it, then it’s literally just a psychological issue.
The FACT IS, you can perform very well - keep that in mind. There’s no feelings involved here, you can do amazing.

you make top notch vids my man. i need to know how to deal with tiredness tho cuz im scared that im too tired and im not gonna finish essay subjects like english and Re(on thursday!). got any tips for that?
yes tiredness is absolutely huge.
I’m gonna be so so so honest, the reality is that during exam days - it’s very normal to lose sleep.
I highly advise getting at least 6 hours if you have 2 exam days following each other - OR option 2 is to sleep straight after exam 1, to reduce tiredness overall.

I find best to remove any high dopamine activities beforehand such as technology or food etc. That way your brain is used to a lower level of stimulation and doing revision will not seem as hard
