“I heard a scratch at the window, and then a thud like a bird hit the window. My friend said it was a skinwalker.” Sounds like the friend jumps to conclusions a little quickly 😂

Things for yanks to learn. Be like us in Ireland. Build houses out of mass concrete, windows can only be opened by a lockable handle from inside the house. Front and back doors are also large and strong either thick pure hard deciduous timber or a special type of reinforced plastic. Windows are also double paned mostly for heating proposes but you won't put your hand through it. The doorways also have some sort of Iron to protect from supernatural beings like Púcaí or other Faeiries. All Irish households generally have a blunt force weapon such as a hurl or shilleadh ( fighting stick). As Ireland has very strict gun laws only hunters and farmers can own guns. So some houses have hunting bows and have hunting knives. These are all generally hidden throughout the house.
@@jerrisgilbert5256 oh ok I new you weren't supposed to talk about things like skinwalks but never new about windows also is there a good replacement word for skinwalk
to be honest, your storytelling is interesting, you choose cool stories, but my fav part of these videos is the soft, almost soothing voice. I listen to these while playing a calming videogame when I get stressed or have a headache but don't want full silence =3
That's why I have very specific creators that I follow for spooky stories. This is my favourite thing to fall asleep to. Soothing voices and spooky stories are the best combination
15:15 the fact that a wendigo grabbed and slammed his brother but let him live kinda more terrifying like if it doesn't want to kill him yet to torment them
When I was about 8 I remember waking up in a sweat and going downstairs to grab water - when I was in the kitchen I looked out my back door towards our out building/ garage and saw a strange creature on the roof of it. It’s a two story building the size of a house and you can’t get on top with out a 25 foot ladder . I watched it for a while while it stood there on all fours hunched over before going back to bed a chalking it up to being tired. The next day we found a vulture carcass on the roof of the garage completely mutilated. I never told anyone until two summers ago while at a reserve with my uncle getting smokes. I asked the man at the counter if he knew anything that could explain what it may have been and he said it may have been a wendigo but was surprised it was so south in Ontario. They’re more common up North and are very rarely found down here. My skin still crawls at the thought of it
Absolutely brilliant. Love all the cryptid stories. I've not ever seen one, have however heard my name, or that of one of my pets names, called by either my husband or one of our 2 children that still live with us, and I was the only human being home that weekend. Called my husband, who is an over the road truck driver, he heard something call my name in his son's voice. He texted his buddy that lives 5 minutes walk from us to come down and kinda check around, still on the phone with me. His buddy and some of his friends came down, they walked around the edge of the property didn't see anything, about 20 minutes after they got here we all heard really weird animal calls, screams, yips and such. Now I know what noises, calls most animals make, we all agreed this sounded like a dear, fox, and coyote scream all wrapped up in one. Weird, those noises carried carried on and off for most of the night. We'd here the calls for good 5-10 minutes, they'd stop for 10-15, sometimes 20 minutes, well in one of those pauses my husband's friend and company, and me heard my husband say "Becky, come back here" come from the side of the shed, we were all out on my deck. We all looked at each other and my neighbor and all but one guy went to check out the creepy voice, the guy that stayed with me had my phone, and was promising my husband he was gonna stick with me just in case and stay on the phone with him. Long story short, we all camped out on my deck that night because I didn't wanna be alone and I don't think any of those guys felt comfortable leaving me here alone. We never did figure out what exactly it was. I've heard it on occasion since then. And not just when I was alone. Still not sure what it is or was. Don't really want to. Anything that can sound identical to my husband, or my 2 boys, it's not anything I really want to tangle with.
I remember stopping in Gallup, NM on a road trip in early 2020, as well as some other areas mentioned in skinwalker stories on this channel. I had never even heard of a skinwalker until just a few months ago. It's strange just how loaded with lore and history a land can be, but you would never know just by driving through it.
Hands down I THINK YOU ARE THE BEST NARRATOR I HAVE HEARD THUS FAR!! I really enjoy your stories and do wish you the best and most abundant growth in your channel and overall success!!!

Owls are and have been for at least 2000 years directly associated with molochh. Spelling may be wrong. But moloch is a very powerful demon and consumes children. Look up the cremation of care ceremony all the rich political Republicans worship at bohemian Grove. Please understand i believe the rich powerful democrats are also evil, but they, as far as I know, do not worship molochh which is represented by like a 70 foot wooden carving of an owl. You gotta Google this. FR it will freak you out
@@J_Honor_ Owls and other nocturnal creatures have always been associated with foul evil things. The aye-aye of Madagascar is often killed on sight due to this superstition. hi!! your narrations are amazing, i have been listening to them for weeks now while I am doing my artworks and it keeps me focus!! good job. I will definitely recommend u to my friends!! please keep this narrations going. i also listen to these while in order to sleep
Well that first story isn’t a wendigo. That look is a movie design, a wendigo actually looks like a frost bitten, eyeless corpse. Second a wendigo would never throw or abandon meat in anyway. They’re literally known to suck the marrow from their own bones if injured rather than try and get away. That said, sounds like Cearanog more than anything else. Deer skull, black fur, stench of death, killing everything it can get its hands on at night. Just weird that a Slavic forest monster is in the US.
I love your way of telling the stories! Your voice , the act you put in every word you read. I actually subscribed today and I look forward to new videos! One thing that I would love for you to take in account are voice and noise sounds. Like for example when the author mentioned the sound of a chuckle it would be awesome and more intriguing to actually add sounds like this! Anything else is awesome, keep going, love your work!

I went to basic and OSUT in leanordwood. There was some bad juju there. My platoon had a haunted barracks and there was some sketchy stuff in the woods. The woods there are like primordial, beautiful yet terrifying

I tought that to
Haha I thought the same thing
Skin walkers are know for scratching windows also he was probably trying to scare his friend but most likely the story is fake
Also skin walkers usually live in the east up in the lake area of the us / lower Canada not usually anywhere near New Mexico so it’s most likely fake
It wasn't even that it was also the egg smell
this man never misses, sick stories and narration

The way the dad said to call it a window instead of you know what 😂😂 smart
Why is that smart just wondering
