Kev's Workshop EP36A - Making a loco Chimney pt1

In this video I have a need to make a few parts for a loco that were missing when I'd bought the loco that's in this video ; I'm also wanting to have 3 particular locomotives that were used in 3 famous TV shows / movies & in this case it's the Sierra #3 that was used in the "original" TV series of "Casey Jones" ( played by Alan Hale of Gilligan's Island fame ) plus the TV series of "Petticoat Junction" as well & again many years later it was used in "Back To The Future Part 3" & I've got 2 of these loco's that were made by Tyco / Mantua back in the 70's & they were only made in HO scale , so , I've made both of mine into the famous "Hollywood" type of loco that's seen in those shows with only 1 more to get ( if possible ).
I appollogise for my video being longer than I'd planned so please take the time to view both parts of this 2 part video in order to get the Full story on how I've achieved this transformation of a simple model locomotive into a movie screen loco that you'd recognize today ; I also DO mention that my method might not be seen as "safely done" by some people , but , I DO know my limitations & how far that I can go before something isn't safe for me to do or achieve so I do hope that you'll be able to follow what I've been able to do & achieve a similar thing with your modelling.
